The staffs were very accommodating and helpful. We really enjoyed our stay at this place. Would recommend 100% percent.

Las peores camas que he visto en un hotel en mi vida. El colchón está destrozado en el borde de la cama de sentarse la gente. Hay habitaciones sin ventana y otras con ventanal enorme. Nos cambiaron de habitación porque el primer colchón era horrible, pero el segundo tampoco mejoraba gran cosa. La azotea muy recomendable. El personal amable. El hotel tiene 7 pisos sin ascensor.

Beautiful views, comfortable room and wonderful staff. They arranged a tour for us and renting scooters. They were all so helpful and friendly. Big and delicious breakfast. I would definitely return.

There is a rooftop bar, the only set of stairs goes past all the rooms. People leaving the bar from 10pm-2am will definitely wake you up. Location is decent though.

The staff was very friendly and accomodating. The beds were not very comfortable. The air-conditioning was nice to have. There was only one thin sheet on each bed, bring extra blankets. We had to fight to keep the mosquitoes out of the room. The bathroom window wouldnt close, so we heard everytbing through the window.

Good location, room was clean for the most part, polite staff, great view at the Roof Top Bar. T main problem for me was the noise, not from the streets, noise from the Roof Top Bar customers going up and down the stairs. Also, the towels were pretty dirty and discolored. Ants were present but didn’t bother us, you can’t expect much in this part of the PI. Overall, for the price and location, it’s a decent option for those who don’t expect a 5-Star hotel. If you do expect 5-star… go back to Manila.

Awesome staff

Hotel was fine, although more dated than the photos on the website show. Included breakfast options were also limited for westerners. On the plus side all the staff were super friendly and helpful, helping to arrange anything you needed. The rooftop bar is lovely, but also not quite as good condition as the photos show

Location/close to everything

It was great. The staff were friendly. We left before 5 am and they gave us some breakfast. Great location.

Can't say enough how accommodating, helpful and friendly the staff are at Sunburn Suites. Other hotels should take notes.

객실과 화장실이 넓은 편이라 좋음. 그러나 매우 불편한 점이 있음 1. 휴지통이 단 하나임. 하나는 객실에 하나는 화장실에 두개는 있어야 함 2. 화장실에 타월 걸이대가 업음 3. 수납공간이 좁고 흩어져 있어 여러 종류의 물건들을 정리해 두기에는 매우 불편함

Great staff, very helpful and kind always had a smile to give, great location, walked everywhere, beautiful room and dining room off the room, great rooftop bar for sunsets drnks, only negatives lots of steps to room and rooftop bar but ok with us and safe in room not bolted down, but REALLY loved this hotel
