Hotel is old, we got the room at 3rd floor, when the elevator open, all the bunk bed are stocks in hallway of the hotel, no water in kitchen, no trashcan in kitchen, no hot water in bathroom, sofa is old, not all lights are working, staffs are ok, but the ambiance of the hotel is old they need a renovation, overall rate... 3 out of 5, because staffs arr accommodating... Free breakfast is good..

This hotel is too old and not well maintained. Broken sofa, shower hot and cold not working, broken toilet flush,
Toilet exhaust fan not working, telephone/intercom in hotel room and hallway not working. Air con are too loud. Dining chair are shaking. Hotel staffs are nice but i don’t recommend this hotel if you want to enjoy your vacation in tagaytay.

Not so good service. Telephone in the room not working.. towels unavailable. I called the frontdesk using my personal mobile phone to inform them that there are no towels provided in our. It looks like the frontdesk personnel doubted as she sends someone to check pa if there are really no towels provided. :(

It's ok for a budget tight outing.. And don't expect much for a very cheap expenses on this hotel..
