Worst hotel: full of cockroaches, intercom is not working, poor customer service, bed sheets has stains.

There are no kitchen utensils. We asked for at least drinking glass and spoon and fork but the receptionist said they are no longer providing utensils to their guests.

There was a hidden charge of P300 for the parking slot.

The bathroom had a different smell. Ang bedsheets punit. But we enjoyed our stay!

Did not provide toiletries (staff claimed it's not available). Towel came 1 hour and 30 minutes after checking in, had to call front desk like 5 times. No drinking water included.

When I arrived, they told us that the room we booked is no longer available so they gave us another room. There was a wifi but no internet connection so it was useless. The airconditioner unit was hard to operate also. There was a sink inside the room but isn't working.

The location is just good. Just 10 to 15 minutes walk from the MRT station and shopping mall. Room is spacious and there is a small swimming pool and a fitness gym. I booked for the fitness and I enjoyed it. However, their service needs to be improved. I saw some bugs in the room and it pretty bad, I was told by their front desk personnel they don't have a make up room service until the third day and to think I booked the room for 3 days. The property and the management have to sit down and work for their system. It's not the staff's fault, it's theirs. Make up room service should be daily just like the other hotels. Also, just a suggestion to have a luggage storage so we won't just leave our stuff in the front desk. Other than these, I hope to be back and heard my concerns.

The bed is broken, when you sit at the end of bed, the legs of the bed were separated. The drawer under the bathroom sink is broken too & has a foul smell inside. There are some small roaches were crawling everywhere. One of the light was busted above the refrigerator beside the kitchen sink...

Cons: Parking fee is too much. 300 PHP for a night. On our 2nd day, they told us that we are not allowed to park where we parked because that parking was for residents. "Buti nalang hindi pa dumadating ung nag to-tow" as said by the receptionist. How would we know if the guard didn't even tell us as we enter the hotel premises. Cockroaches were all around the unit. No utensils nor complimentary water provided. Linens do not smell fresh and clean. Pros: great location, nice view, nice pool.

The cable is not working, the internet is not working. No complementary water. Took too long to assist us. So we checked out 6 am in the morning. They should work it out! Overall, we are unsatisfied with our stay!

on my stay, they did not tell me that there will be no electricity , no generator, no aircon from 12 am to 6 am. and to compensate the inconvenience, they offered me a 2 hour late check out!?? what! if you are the customer, will you accept it?

The TV isn't working and the DVD player has no outlet. There's no kitchenware like they have promised based on the room descriptions.

I think they gave us a room for 1 guest only. We should have a room good for 2 guests. So far, it's good. Just a little maintenance for the cleanliness.

Place is ok but the service is not. We asked them to fix the television cable issues (so that we could watch something while in the room) but they were not able to do anything. They didn't even bother to replace the spent-out batteries on the remote.

Good location.. with fast wifi and aircon.

The smell was unpleasant. It seems the unit was not used for a long time.

It was a great stay at sunshine. Great location and space. It is very accessible from malls that you can literally walk. Plus the room is great and spacious enough. It was a great weekend for me.

At first, they assigned us at a room at 28th floor that aircon is not working and the bed size is good for 1 but we indicated in our booking that we are 2. Then they asked us to get back to the lobby to get new keycard and they transferred us to a new room at 2nd floor where bed sheet is not clean, seems like the customers before us has just left and trashes are still there. Then again they asked us to get back to the lobby and they transferred us again to new a room at 25th floor that have 2 single beds but we want just 1 bed that is good for 2. As we checked in late and we're tired and hungry we just accepted the last room they offered to us. Imagine that back and forth and also no one accompanied us to the room or one of their attendees to check first the room before we get there. There is also no internet connection but in their ads here, it is indicated that they have free wifi. Their blanket is also not comfortable to use as its texture is like paper. Really bad experience. We get a hotel to have a good rest from a tiry work day but this is what we experienced.

The curly girl on the reception seems she is willing to help.
