We stay at the hotel several times a year. The pool seems finished renovation, very nice look. The breakfast is good as before, but no mushrooms this time. Location is in the city centre, closed the people's park, convenient for tourists. Room air-conditioning seems better than before. Staff is very friendly. The only problem is the shower, almost no hot water coming out. Will stay there next month.

The hotel. Offers comfortable, well maintained and clean rooms. Staff are all welcoming and attentive. Great location to be at when in Davao City. Would be happy tp stay there again;).

The place is OK. Love the room area and the hotel is near to park, breakfast buffet is good. We will definitely stay again.

Service and staff is good. Front desk maybe need some improvement. Room is really old. Breakfast is good taste. When we book more expensive room, but I get the room is lower floor then before, don't know what is the basis of the hotel room classification.

1. Issues on their water pressure, its too low. 2. No hot shower at least in our room 3. Customer service was unsatisfactory 4. Room smells also. 5. Aircon was too noisy 6. WiFi was too slow.

The room is spacious as was in the photos, nice place for business travel, one thing I like most is there's an Automated Teller Machine, and some shops inside the premises of the hotel. Accommodating staffs, polite and hospitable.

Their staff were accommodating. I love the room, it was worth more than what we paid for and it has nice amenities. If you're looking for a luxurious place, this hotel is definitely not for you but I loved it cuz it's cheap.

The room was so scary. The double lock is broken. Slow internet connection. The food is not really satisfying.

Pool was not good, pillows hard as rock, air conditioner unit blows hot air. Overall totally not worth it

the room is nice and worth the price

The room was quite warm, air conditioning was already inefficient. Hence, the temperature inside the room was not comfortable at times. Room and the toilet was old fashioned. The TV was not flat screen. However, typical of older hotels, the floor area of the room was large. A small fridge and coffee making facilities are available as well. A strength of this hotel is their breakfast spread - there was a lot of options and food was generally good.

Petty things overlooked like broken cabinet slide, safe keep vault locked (perhaps by previous room occupant) and slippery tiles around the pool plus unsafe pool floor pot hole. Could have been better. Nonetheless it's a perfect location and great staff.

Room at 3rd floor was not sound proof. My 13th month old baby woke up because of the noise from a group of more than 10 people partying and celebrating birthday.
