We loved the afternoon tea and the live classical music was magical. Beautiful flowers everywhere. The breakfast buffet was hands down the best and the staff is so attentive. Definitely will be back.

1.nice service and friendly crew. 2.free shuttle bus to greenbelt,gloriatta,and SM. 3.our wallet was stolen by pickpocket just in front of the entrance of the hotel restaurant near the ayala ave.The security of the hotel is good,but we still need to pay much more attention to all around.

For starters the entrance foyer looked like a cafeteria. 1. Ordered a simple egg and bacon sandwich. Took 40 mins 2. Greet staff in front picked and chose who they opened doors for. I guess if you don’t have Lori Liana shoes and 10 Tomas they don’t open your door. 3. Valet was non existent and 5.45 am when we tried to depart. They gave me a dirty look Prefer Shang makati for everything

I think it is a 5 stars hotel. Well, it is well deserved. there is nothing wrong about it, and I understand now why they charge much more than the usual hotel in Manila. Everything is perfect. Staff, room, amenities, even for a normal, lower price room (still expensive) you have it for your money. If you have the money to stay, and you want the royal treatment... go there.

Manila Peninsula is a landmark hotel. It continues to be a beautiful and very clean hotel although a few areas show signs of wear and tear. Housekeeping service is amazing. They are very efficient and responsive. We had a remarkable stay.

The Peninsula Manila is always amazing to stay at! The staff is fantastic, the breakfast at Escolta is tasty and the variety is perhaps the biggest I’ve ever experienced anywhere. Also dinner at Lobby, drinks at Salon de Ning and the bar and lunch at the poolbar were great. We used the pool and the gym daily on our week long stay. Some part of the hotel are already worn out tho. Altho our room itself was in good condition, the bathroom had dents here and there, as did the spa and the gym. The towels in the room or the mattresses or shades at the pool did not feel 5 star. I hope the management addresses this and keeps the hotel standard high in all areas. All in all our party loved the stay!

The property is old but it kept its grandeur through the years. Breakfast buffet is amazing. However, one flaw (which includes all the other hotels we stayed at), this hotel is NOT HANDICAPPED friendly. Now I know why a certain military turned tattler (LOL) decided to take the hotel by force back in the early 2000s.
