電梯故障頻率有點高 還被關在裡面雖然只有一下子 但感覺很差

想洗個熱水澡是很不簡單的事.因為水龍頭打開只有冷水..要洗熱水澡得放水等個五到十分鐘才有溫溫的水..10分鐘以上才會有熱水

要有心理準備不大容易洗到熱水澡..因為都要放水放個5-10分鐘才會有溫溫的水..10分鐘以上才會出現熱水

房間網路只有一格，請櫃台處理 卻說這樣網路是可以的! 電梯一定要用電話通知!否則等不到! 連續住了三天了! 但是沒有一天送來小毛巾!!永遠只有一條 或是兩天大毛巾!! 朋友給了小費之後 才出現 小毛巾! 朋友的房間 清理也有一推問題 咖啡杯沒有洗!沒有新的水瓶!

Hotel is overrun with roaches. Very old property that needs serious upgrades to not only the facade, but to the internet and tv. Internet was hit or miss. On one minute off the next. TV was not even working when I stayed in Dec.25’ so I watched nothing but my phone the entire time. This is why I won’t go back. Excellent staff very attentive to your needs. Food in the rooftop was very good. Ate there a couple of times. All in all is if you’re a single guy who is going for the first time then it’s not a bad place.

The staff is amazing!! The room is comfortable and very nice. The location is convenient. It has been a great stay. Highly recommend!!

Great helpful staff. Clean & Comfortable all areas. Especially enjoyed rooftop pool and staff. Good food, slight language confusion at roof top dining, but very accommodating in all areas
