Property location is exceptional. Close to shops, restaurants and beach. Employees are very accommodating and pleasant.

The swimming pool’s water is always dirty.

The hotel was ok. I was disappointed upon checking in because the staff was not including my 11 yo daughter to use the services in the hotel. Although i booked for 6 people( 4 adults, 2 kids: 16yo and 11yo). They made me pay for my 16 yo for her stay since they said she is already considered adult on their age limit. My 11 yo was nonexistent on the count, meaning they are not proving her with towel to use for the room or for the pool and no complimentary breakfast for her eventhough the booking says child under 12 yo stay free. The only want to provide service to 5 people that was paid for the booking. I had to demand to speak to the hotel manager since she was included in the count when i made the booking for 6 people. They ended up giving her a towel to use for shower and pool towel but i still had to pay for her breakfast each day since the 5 of us had complimentary breakfast included in the booking.

Very comfortable and convenient place to stay. The hotel staff and facility is amazing!!

I booked a family room and expecting two bathrooms for a guest of 8, they gave me a big room and the 8 of us has to take turns using the bathroom. When we first stepped in the room, floor was very sandy and took them the next day to clean it. The elevator is small and not air conditioned. Food was mediocre and the place is quite a walk from the beach. The only saving grace is their staff, very friendly, accommodating and good customer service. Would I book again, no.

Indoor balcony , no ever used expect to have washing out . Swimming pools floor onto walkways (tiles) would not stay again

Hotel is good and staffs are very nice, except to the person handling the beach towels. They only give 1 beach towel per day/ person, if your beach towel gets dirty or wet, they won’t replace it. But we saw them replace some beach towel to other hotel guest, which is vey unfair. One of the downside also, if it rains, the alley outside the hotel gets flooded. Water from the sewage is coming out and your walking through it. So disgusting.

Hotel was nice, staff were friendly, breakfast was great. However, hotel is not prepared to assist guests during bad weather conditions. During our stay (July is rainy month), street was flooded and guests had no choice but to trek the dirty water. Told the staff maybe they should have lots of boots ready for rent or have motorcycles to help transport guests. It was awful walking on flooded street. This place is great if weather is dry. Not good to book on rainy season. Hope this info helps you decide.

Room was comfortable, breakfast excellent, and the staff great. Only issue is the design of the hotel, with rooms circling two internal courtyards with pools that amplify all the noise. Kitchen staff start work around 5.30am, kids are playing in the pool by 7am, and the noise of both is louder than it otherwise would be due to the layout. If you're fantasising about long lie-ins, or you're a light sleeper, this isn't the hotel for you. Otherwise everything was great.

Very comfortable and convenient place and all worth for the money

A very friendly place situated conveniently 2 minutes from the beach and 2 minutes from the main road. It’s not fancy, it has its own special charm and it is priced properly.

Ac not getting my room cool and ants everywhere in the room and mosquitoes as well in the room and tried talking to hotel staff about issues but they’re giving no straight answers or solutions I wish I didn’t book here

The only issue that I complained was the telephone not working but overall I really liked the service.

The service excellent from dining to the housekeeping the male guard super friendly.But the wifi is terrible.when we check in no wifi.And the key card for the room they gave only one, if you asked them to open the door it takes forever to come,you need to give extra key especially for the party of 4.

Our stay in this hotel was really good, the room was clean and huge plus the bed was really big. Our stay was comfortable, the staffs were well trained and the hotel was well maintained.
