Overall an excellent stay - there were a couple of niggly issues but nothing that would stop me from staying again.

The Staff is very professional, and polte.

Super friendly and accommodating staff! Right in the middle of everything.

We had an amazing stay there. The only concern we had was the sewage smell in our room the whole time we stayed there. But other than that, it was all worth it! The staff are friendly, and when you need help, they come right away. Location-wise amazing! It's within walking distance to the shopping places and to the beach. Overall very satisfied and looking forward to coming back.

Staffs are nice and friendly. But there’s not much to offer, need to ask a lot of extra towels, toilet paper and toiletries.

We ended up leaving after 1 night. They charged us an extra $100 for a room that fit 4 people yet insisted that our kids stayed free. Therefore, our kids were not entitled to towels. We would have had to of paid for a towel (pool and bath) for each of them every day. The condition of the room was extremely run down, not at all what is represented in the pictures. The shower wouldn’t drain so we could only shower for 2 minutes at a time. We brought out concerns to them and they did nothing about it. When we decided to leave early, the my refused to refund the remaining nights of our stay. All in all, a very stingy property that does not advertise truthfully. Would not recommend staying here.

Hotel steps are so kind and the room condition is good enough for their price. There are few ants unfortunately but I don't care much. It was a great time to enjoy the tides hotel. Also the rooftop bar was great.

Location is top notch, right in the center of everything. Staff is friendly and helpful, kudos to them. Can’t give it a 5 star experience because of the infrastructure. Even though clean and maintained it is visibly old, the door of my bathroom was broken. Other than that my recommendation.

Staff were excellent & super polite. Upon checking out they have a really good hotel to port and airport service. A must when heading home. Compliments to the chef for an excellent breakfast! Bravo again to the staff.

Right smack in the middle of D’mall. You can not go wrong with this hotel, yes its a little older structure, than the new ones popping up, but building is well kept and food is pretty amazing as well.
