It was an antique house. The room smelled old. The bathroom drain was clogging and it seems they only had one blower so every now and then somebody was knocking on our door to borrow it. The staff were kind though and the location is near SM and manukan country.

The place is good. But the room where I was assigned needs to have a major improvements in terms of Physical characteristics are concerned. Though, all of the staff are very friendly and accommodating.

The room we stayed in was spacious. Clean beddings and bathroom which is what I really like and what I was looking for in a hotel. The receptionist helped us about the direction and what to ride in travelling the city. I highly recommend this hotel.

The quadruple room is spacious, clean and nice. The location is walking distance to some famous tourist spot, the plaza lagoon, negros museum, diotay's, etc... The breakfast is simple but good.

This place made me feel I really need to go back. Everything is interesting unfortunately we’re unable to take advantage our free breakfast. Since our flight is too early prior to this time. Breakfast will be serve @ 7 AM - 10 AM

Spacious room, with a homey feeling, good for families travelling Bacolod, walkable distance to main city food district Lacson Street. Breakfast served was good. Needs a little improvement with the interior paintings. Overall stay was awesome.
