PHP 1500 security deposit is required upon check-in. The deposit will be fully-refunded on the condition that no damage and disturbance has occurred. Please make sure to provide these documents upon check-in: - A negative RT-PCR Covid-19 Result taken not more than 5 days prior check-in. -Work ID/Permit. Kindly contact the Hotel at +63285253089 for further instruction regarding check-in. Please note that guests who opt to pay at the hotel, guests must inform the property of their estimated check-in time or must arrive on or before 17:00H to avoid the room being released. Otherwise, rooms will be release without prior notice

Deposit PHP 1,500.00 is required upon check-in. The accommodation accepts cash and debit card.

I would recommend this place for family stay cation. The room is clean, it has electric kettle, and TV.

We had a great time at Victoria ' s Mansion, the staff are all approachable, hoped to travel and bring my fam there to see the simple but clean environment. Good job.

I would really recommend this place. The place is nice and clean and quite spacious. The price is good as well, and the most important thing is the staffs are very nice and kind. I love it there.

The property has allowed us ti do late check out, they charged us 100/hour only until 5pm. Receptionist are friendly and approachable, replies immediately on my texts.

The place is nice and affordable prices. If you travelling in a short period of time this place is highly recommended. Comfortable stay 👍.

The hotel is in a handy location for the Mall but in a slightly run down area. The room was good value for the money but no hot shower. Staff were on 24/7 to allow you to enter. Clean but dated rooms.

It's not what i've expected for the price hot water is not working no elevator so you have to carry your luggage although the is spacious enough but the cabinets furniture are not up to the standards. The price for the room should be lower. Wifi is working though.

linens has stains, seems it's not newly changed. I only used towel once but it smells that it was used many times. cable is not working properly. no trash cans and door rugs are dirty.

it was not cool inside though it has AC. Lack of equipment like tabo. dirty bed sheets and blanket lack of towel

They don't give back my money 3000 peso until now, they ask me to book 2 times and the promise to bring money back and until now 45 days no money yet.
