Roaches!!very old hotel,the lobby looks ok,but the room is very old,and smell bad,also noisy,you can clearly hear the sounds next door,because two room shares one window,the wall is not seal at the end,there is a gap between two rooms,smoke and noise easily spread to next room...i will not stay here again,didnt sleep well

接待人員服務很好，早餐不錯，飯店附近很熱鬧，

房間非常的老舊，冷氣不冷，有蟑螂，但前台服務不錯，很有禮貌，只是房間格局不好，不是太乾淨。

櫃台親切為客人服務，週到，早餐也不錯，

NICE LOCATION, REASONABLE RATE, GOOD BREAKFAST....

It's a good hotel for staying in Manila.

it has good location,and very close to Robinsons mall. There are many restaurants to choose near hotel. But there is strange smell in lobby.

當天入住，櫃檯服務員很熱心幫忙check in。 房間內裡算大間，但是地板有一些凹陷。 冷氣靠近床頭並且接近地板下方，無法讓整間房間都降溫。 整體而言，算是住宿還可以的小型飯店。

Room is clean and fine and people are nice and friendly. Just hope the e-mail can be reply a bit more faster. :)

ホテルスタッフはこちらの急な要望にもすぐに応えてくれます。部屋もきれいで大きさも丁度良い。 Robinson近くで場所も非常に良いです ここのホテルにして良かったと思いました

massage therapist was no good

Water falling from the drain of the air conditioner upper floor was hit some. The sounds resonated in the room all night long. Two cockroaches were playing in the room. That’s because hot country.
