Really loved the staff, so friendly and accommodating! The location was sweet 🙂. Near the main street and easy to find and access. The room we got was meh. No windows in a family room felt too tight and claustrophobic. There was a main bedroom that had windows but the other “bedroom” was actually just a space with a bunk bed. The unit was also not directly accessible to the pool. The kitchen was complete, we used that area a lot. We never figured out how to use the tv, I think there should be instructions on how to operate it. Toiletries provided were only good for 2 for a family room that was advertised as good for 6 people. Even blankets and pillows were not enough. Wifi aas strongest by the main property/pool area.

The manager always go out of his way to see that the guests are happy with their accommodations.

Gas stove and ovens worked great, but no lighters in rooms to use them.

Wifi good, location central, the building is older and suffer from some neglect such as inoperable air conditioning heads and plumbing issues, stoves that don’t work etc but factoring the pool, location, price, friendly staff I would stay again. It is safe and clean just keep expectations low.

The property was fine, room was clean. Just isolated and no where to go unless you have your own transportation, or take a tryke everywhere.

Clean excellent location only short ride to waterfront and downtown.

The hotel is well managed and all amenities like the AC worked well! This has not been my experience at other hotels in the Philippines.

Everything was perfect. Especially the staff was exceptionally helpful and friendly.

This property is awesome! The facilities are great and it is well maintained. The management was friendly and very accommodating.

Great spot for me. Everyone is so professional, honest, trustworthy and amazing at the same time. I just need a compact area to get good rest. That is what my focus is when I travel all over the world. When with loved ones of course I go bigger! Thank you

Nice place

The only complaint that I had was no elevator for persons in wheelchairs and very hard climb up the stairs to 3rd floor

The property was clean, well secured, had a nice size pool, and the staff was courteous.

I don’t have any complaints! Stay clean and don’t leave food out and you’ll be fine. Anyone traveling from a different country needs to understand things are different. I have stayed here multiple times and would again!

Noise was not too bad, but very slippery when it rained and after.

My stay at this hotel was ok, the staff was nice and friendly, but the internet service was terrible and there is no adequate parking for rental car aside from that it was a pleasant stay.

This is an older, though generally well kept hotel. The rooms are roomy, everything works and the staff is ultra-accommodating!! The pool and pool area are very clean and enjoyable and it's comfortable. Whether an overnight or extended stay, I am comfortable in recommending this hotel.

Staff was very helpful and friendly However there was American visitors and kept waking us up chatting loudly at 5:30 am had no consideration for other guests The shower head and taps need replaced
