Villas Buenavista Hotel and Restaurant

The room wasn't really clean. No housekeeping ever during our stay.

The resort and room look exactly the same as the pictures online. The whole resort in general is clean, spacious, and secured. Also, I like that it is beachfront and staff are polite and greet/approach us with a smile.

The place was nice, kaso yung mga staff ng hotel need pa siguro ng seminar. Hindi rin maliguan yung dagat banda sakanila kasi madaming jellyfish. Mas ok din kung may dala kayo kotse kasi medyo malayo sya sa mga kainan.

The hotel was not what we expected. However, the staff made up for the lack. Service at the restaurant was good, quick. The best time to visit would be November to January when the heat has waned.

It was all good the staffs are friendly the hotel is nice just lacking some towels and tissue.

Although the security guards allowed us to check in past 8pm, the room wasn't cleaned for the duration of stay (3 days, 2 nights). No new towels either. Limited choices of breakfast. Good thing it 's not congested and far from busy hotspot in LU.

Stayed for 2 nights. Frequent power outtage, room smells like molds, broken bidet, shower head is full of limescale. CR gets flooded due to water seeping in between floor tiles. Room lights doesn't work. No intercom to contact the reception. TV doesn't work. Pool is green. 🥲. Staff is friendly but the property is not maintained properly by the owner.

The place was perfect for a good rest.

The staff was nice and very respectful. They were all smiles every time. So polite and attentive. What disappoints us was the room itself. The shower wasn't working. We had to request for a pail and deeper. The room was too shabby and seems unmaintained. The cabinets were dusty. The fridge smells unpleasant. The trash bins were broken. No phones are available in the room for easy access to housekeeping and restaurant. The water in the pool looks different so I think it needs to be replaced or cleaned. One more thing, after paying at the app, I tried calling the resort to ask for requirements, but no one picks up the phone. Had to message their FB page but I got no reply. Luckily I called a different resort and was able to get the requirements. They answered the following day. They informed me that their offices are until 5 only. But I think, they should reach out to their customers immediately because of the requirements and given the time we booked and the check-in time. To be honest, the place was nice actually. Sunset is really breathtaking. They could do better than that. I hope they do something about it.

这个地方非常适合情侣、有孩子的家庭以及想要在拉乌尼翁享受宁静假期的朋友。它不在圣胡安的热闹/派对区，但开车只需5-7分钟。房子维护得很好，高级客房非常宽敞。我喜欢这家酒店就在海滩边，可以方便地观看日出/日落。在海滩玩完后，我们还很喜欢在酒店的泳池里游泳。

I would highly recommend villas buenavista to my friends. :)

I would recommend this hotel to everyone. not just a 3 star hotel but this hotel is like a 5 star hotel.👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼👍🏽👍🏽👍🏽😃😃

The room is great, feels royal. The whole place is great too. Clean place, including the beach and pool. Stay was satisfying and relaxing. Only downside was the tub is leaking, so beware for room 205. Also, the street going there was flooded during our stay. They should do something to fix it, not good for those with small and lowered cars.

It was just amazing. Barely even left the place because it already had everything you need to have a peaceful vacation. The plumbing needs to be fixed though, the bathroom smells bad eventually.

The place is nice but the restaurant staffs are not accommodating.

hotel exterior is awesome 😊.. but room fixtures are not well maintained.. hope to have variety of breakfast 😊

Clean hotel, friendly staff and amazing sunset

It's a very nice hotel and the staff are accommodating. I've heard from people who live in that area that this hotel is just new. The price is affordable also for the kind of service, room accommodation and facilities you're gonna get. The place is safe since they have their own security and they close the entrance gate by night time so no doubt on your safety when you re in here. You need to ride a tricycle if you want to try some other restaurants or bars since it is quite far from Urbiztondo where all the good bars and good restaurants are located. but if you prefer a peaceful surrounding, this place will be best for you.

Staffs are very friendly and accommodating. Will surely come back again. Highly recommended. ❤️

Great place! Clean and comfortable.. the free was great! But the indian curry is not so good.. but overall its wonderful..
