Amazing all around. Nearby Starbucks and McDonald's and grocery and shopping mall. Very comfortable beds and pillows, restaurant on ground floor for breakfast. Best hotel in Laoag, I would rebook over and over again. Very clean room. Staff is very respectful, and guards are posted in front. Amazing view of on the 4th floor facing the street.

Amenities needs attention. Visible floor tiles are loose. Electrical fixtures needs fixing & replacement. Needs ample parking. Breakfast choices are excellent.

Hotel is in a great area

Staff was friendly and excellent. The only complaint for the room was that there were several roaches on the walls, bed headboard and on the floor. Breakfast was good.

Cold showers unless you leave water running for 15 mins and water pressure was some drips at best, service was terrible to poor. I stayed here last year and it was just ok but had good service,but it’s terrible now. Look for accommodation near SM Mall don’t waste money on staying here!

Always good services

The bathroom smelled terrible. When I asked for more towels to help with the bathroom they said "You can only have two." I booked the next day by accident and staff would not let me re-book.

Our go to hitel whenver were in ilocos norte,food is okay! Love the room,basic with ref and our needs(amenities) freindly staff.will stay back again.

The Hotel was under a major renovation at the time of check-in. The first room was on the floor with heavy noise from the construction. The second room had no water pressure in the shower. The third room had a broken window lock. The fourth room had a connecting door. To the next room. Only a single door separated the two rooms. There was no hot water and they kept turning the electricity off and on during the day, like the construction workers were trying to find which switch powered a circuit. The Staff was very helpful in trying to find us a satisfactory room. If not for the great staff we would have left for another Hotel.

The breakfast meals were good. Cost of the shuttle bus was expensive. The unit needs renovation or maintenance. (Sorry) Greeters were helpful and courteous! Cleaners were also great!

Lets talk about gd 1st. Great location, right nx to Robinson shopping mall. Fast elevator, gd cold a/c, outstanding staff, helpful, friendly. Lets see bad, no hot water in room. They say its hot but believe me its not even warm. Water is non portable. Restaurant is not so gd, we ate McDonald's every morning.

Like the hotel. Perfect location. Close to the mall and nearby restaurants. The only issue we had was the wifi constantly disconnecting.

This is what I would describe as an efficiency hotel. That being said the staff is friendly and went above and beyond during our stay. Facilities were clean and very close to the mall and many restaurants. You absolutely cannot beat the price for the area. At times it was a little loud with the traffic near the mall but I would absolutely stay here again. For any amenities missing the staff and on site restaurant make up for it.
