Wellcome Hotel

Room is clean. Staff are all friendly. The pool is a jacuzzi type but still a good place to cool one’s body. Breakfast is yummy though not a lot of choices. Overall I had a happy stay and I will book here again soon.

Hated everything on this hotel. Dirty. Dirty. Dirty. Noisy. Poor wifi. Uncourteous staff. Food sucks. Pool water is stinky and murky. Checked out asap.

We had a great time, we stayed for 3 nights though I was expecting same as what I saw on their photos. The linen and the door mat was a bit old and dirty. But the room itself was not bad. The breakfast buffet was a bit expensive for that kind of Menu and if you book 3 pax/room you only have 2 complimentary breakfast. So better buy in the fast-food Restaurant. The hotel is close to Ayala mall. And the Jollibee and Mcdonalds is 24/7 open. Which is the good thing. I didn’t try the pool because it looks like it can only accommodate for approximately 10 people. How small it is!

My stay was okay. Nothing special. I hope they will improve thier wifi connection. I tried many times to connect to thier wifi but it always say that its a wrong password. I even ask for another wifi password but still I cant connect.

It was okay. The buffet breakfast is great! The bar at the top had a satisfying view. Just know that the swimming pool is quite small. But the location is good!

all in I am satisfied but I already check in at welcome hotel way back 2017 with my best friend on that you are so amazing the room was clean and big but for now it's quietly not the shower heater not working we try to ask for some help but still the same. hopefully next visit more on improvement thank you!

The linens are not white but grey also ask to change it but still the same. So sad it really looks dirty.

The pool is a lot smaller than what I expected. The photos somewhat misleads you into thinking the pool is big. Buffet breakfast is okay, 2.5/5. Food there is a bit expensive, could definitely buy way cheaper food with generous serving outside hotel. Ayala mall is just a walking distance so for me its better to dine there. The cable TV only has like less than 20 channels, I was looking for cartoon network and nickelodeon since I brought kids with me. Room looks exactly what is on the photo, but not as cozy as what I expected it to be. Hotel staffs are very accommodating though, so 10/10 on that one. The car park is an inconvenience for us since we had to park the car beside the road due to the hole in the road blocking the way to the parking area. Couldn't sleep well that night thinking my car might get clamped or towed. Overall, its not so bad. I'd give it a 6.5/10. Nice stay, would try out other hotels with similar price or cheaper than booking here again.

Place is good. Near ayala so dghan ra malaagan. Havey ag buffet breakfast daghan option. Though gamay jd ang pool sakto ra pangrelax. Room is good kingsize bed so maigo ra jd kaau if nay kuyog anak.

The room is dark. Needs more lightings. We couldn't open the windows because theres an ongoing construction in front of the building with A LOT of construction workers. Checking in and checking out was slow. The hotel is very old. Not much channels on the tv. It needs renovation. And replacement of furnitures. Please. It is near ayala. But the hote is located in an alley. Looks dangerous when dark. We always use grab

The bathroom is dirty. The fridge is not working, I reported it to their staff but they just tell me that they will fix it but they did not.The breakfast is not that good, hope that they can add cebuano food like puto and hot choco, esp. Chorizo cebu.

Free welcome drinks and free room upgrade, yummy buffet breakfast! Clean and spacious room, whet else can I ask for! It's was a great deal!

They've got nice rooms and good location. I think this hotel is good for family leasure than business travels. The food at the RoofDeck are good at reasonable price.

Everything was perfect except for the food esp the fries :/ still, thank you! FO team are amazing! Cheers to them for being informative and very helpful.

I will definitely stay here again!
