West Makati Hotel

It was one of the best stays I've ever had. From staff to room, cleanliness, everything y'all! 10/10

the room is nice, clean and nothing to complain (at first) the check in quite the hassle because the front desk said didn't get my booking have to wait for around 20min and inside the room is nothing wrong until I fall asleep and I heard some cracking noise and water dripping then I take a look, the air con is dripping the water and its above the electrical plug its so dangerous and I open the cover, everything has become ice, and I let it thawed a bit while I tell the front desk then they change my room but I cannot sleep anymore after that

West Makati Hotel is a simple hotel but it's clean and comfortable worth the money. We just stayed for a night got a family room with 4 beds with breakfast. The food is awesome too! The staff were friendly and wifi is not only accessible in the room I have noticed that my connection reached the restaurant area as well not like other hotels that disconnects your internet when you leave the room. We would definitely stay again.

A super worth it hotel without breaking the bank. Fresh towels, cool AC, Duvets, soft pillows, hot shower , cable tv and fast WIFI! they even have a water refilling station outside! The staff are accommodating and good at their job! Everything really ticks the boxes ! Would recommend to everyone for business or just a staycation !

The room was clean. the staff hospitality was quite good.

The bed & pillow really comfort me. Got place to relax & smoke. Room not really big.

I like the fact that while the facade is unassuming, the interior looks fresh, is clean and moderately spacious. The rooms are impressive for the price and the service informed and friendly. Kudos especially to Dexter at the front desk! Thank you for a more than comfortable and budget a friendly experience!

It's beyond my expectation. The hotel is clean, the room too. Our room is for 3 guests, 3 beds, Perfect. The staffs are really helpful and safe place. No convenience store nearby, so you can order food to the kitchen if you want. No need to worry, they can speak English. Over all, it's recommended for you who need budget hotel.

Super affordable and worth the price. Front desk staff are approachable and friendly. Lift is available as I was given a room on the 5th floor. Free toiletries and bottled water. Cable TV is a-okay! A mini-ref is also found inside the room. My 1200php for 2 nights was worthy. 💯

Clean room and a quiet place to spend the night alone.

The room is nice and the aircon is functioning well. I love also the comfort room (it has hot and cold functions).Also the staffs are friendly and easily we can call our needs easily. The only problem is it is far from other fastfood chains and also the street is one way and if traveling to and from the hotel is not likely accessible. But overall our stay there is nice and comforting.

Anything is good just concern about the room phone not working , no tooth brush before have it , suggest slipper , and the floor not really clean have dust . When go up to the bed the feet will feel it have sand dust.

The room is clean and spacious as well as has a good atmosphere. The staffs are nice.

Place was okay but: 1. They ran out of toiletries (no toothbrush/toothpaste provided) 2. A/C unit is noisy and water's dropping inside the room 3. Only 2 socket available distant from the bed. 4. No nearby convenient stores 5. No slippers provided

Accommodating :) and the staff are very friendly

They did not provide slippers for the guests. And even I paid for an extra guest, they did not provide for extra towel, pillow and others. It was really disappointing.
