The hotel is dirty and delapidated. Lots of cockroaches in the room. The room were installed with digital Do not Disturb and Clean the Room sign, which I used that but no staff came to clean the room. Upon complaining in the reception we were told to in inform the front desk directly. The following day I informed the front desk and the guard too that we want our room to be clean but still no staff came to clean our room. Though this hotel is budget friendly but the staffs are not paying attention to their guests very basic request. The termites roaming in the roam plus a delapidated room and building are factors that aren't safe for guests. The unattentiveness of the staffs as well make this hotel unrecommendable at all.

First of all, service was very good.. Room was spacious.. Modern look in an older building.. Aircon was super cold, bed was steady and super thick mattress.. Wifi speed is fast on average 35Mbps.. Location is in the middle of the city so jeepney, taxi, and tricycle is within short walk.. F&B service is there.. You won't regret on the size of beverage for the money you have paid for.. Overall it was good stay.. Will choose these place again in the next visit..

Amenities are incomplete. Aircon doesn't cool the whole room.

I arrived 3pm but I was been able to check-in cause it was blackout and they don't have generator.. The Staff told me to wait until 5pm but 5pm came still no electricity.. what kind of hotel is this..

The rooms are pretty small. Worst is the restaurant - what they offer for breakfast is an insult to Philippine cuisine and tradition. The staff were helpful and friendly however.

Hotel staff not courteous. the front desk officer directed us to look for a money change upon check out in fact it's their responsibility.

Location is great — near fast food, malls and some attractions like Plaza Pershing, Z City Hall, Paseo, etc. Our room is spacious and not suffocating, though it’s not soundproof as you can hear from outside, it’s still tolerable.

- Cracked walls, loosen faucet, stained wall. Stayed for 4 days but our room was cleaned only once and had to remind them twice before they actually went to the room. OJT’s can be pretty loud whenever they are around and funky smell in the hallway.

We waited too long to check in even their check in time is 2:00 the room was as still not available. And the shower was so weak same with the aircon. There was no garbage bin in the room only in bathroom. The room is so plain without a window.

there is something smell in the fabric of the room that makes me sneeze during my whole stay.

The hotel is good, the people are nice.

They don't have food cause the reason is that there cook is absent. And you are not able to order any simple meal. The lobby is there crew sleeping area and even the guard is sleeping also.

Easy access to everything. Though when we asked the receptionist where is the best place to eat she jusy said there's Jollibee nearby

For cleanliness, poor. We arrived at the hotel, checked-in and was stowed on our room. That first room was not yet made. No covers on one bed, no pillow cases on the other. We were transferred to a different room. The beddings were fully made, but there were no towels and no rag near the bathroom. We called for both, and they gave us one rag and two towels. There were four of us. They promised to keep us updated when we can get the other two - laundry problems. We called the next day to request for the additional towels. We still had to call the next day. Another thing, the toilet leaks and smells when we wake up in the morning and when we arrive at night or in the afternoon. We clean our own bathroom because we're meticulous, but the leak is not something we can fix right away. We decided not to complain about it and just borrowed a squeeze mop from the staff. That's how we had a problem with the staff services - two sad faces. We kept the mop for two nights. During our trip, we took a bath twice - morning and after island adventures. Water from bathroom would leak out if we don't wipe. On third day we decided to have the room cleaned when we went out. We got in later in the afternoon, no rags again and no change of towels. We requested for rags - bathroom leak! Then one staff called us back to inform us that she was nearly charged because they thought the mop was lost, like it was our fault! I find it weird that they don't know to whom they lent their things and the staff had the gall to guilt us with it. We didn't take/steal the thing. We borrowed it from them. Poor servicing system! I explained why we needed it and they could've informed us if we can't use it in the room, but the staff was obviously pissed I just let it go. It's not our fault anyway. Our comfort was affected by that miserable toilet. But kuddos to the security guards and the assistants for their kind welcome and assistance. Location was okay, it was in the heart of the city, but there are other branches of same name and very close together that even tricycle drivers get confused as to where to bring us.

Our experience was neither good nor bad. first we were given the wrong address, turned our they have 2 locations so we had to walk to the correct location. the hotel was located in the city where establishments are closed by 8pm, so we had to content ourselves on bread for dinner because there was nowhere we can get one, transportation was scarce as well. hotel does not serve dinner either. people were nice and conscientious but annoyingly noisy specially at the dinning area at breakfast. our mattresses were comfortable but moving off the bed. bathroom was clean with toiletries but there was foul smell coming out of it. experience was ok considering the price we paid

The room was too hot, and the aircon was too loud that it cause the wall to vibrate. so much discomfort. the water was very weak, as in very weak!
