Opholdet var fint. Dog ikke meget pool udsigt mest store. træer. Dette indebar, at opholdsstuen var mørk. Da der samtidigt var meget vind, var det ikke muligt benytte balkonen.

Staffs were friendly and nice, rooms are clean and comfortable but the wine glasses and coffee cups were too small. Also there was ants constantly trying to hunt food in room. Also we chose halfboard but not much food kids would eat.

Bekvämt boende med nära gångavstånd in till Gamla stan, nära till flera stränder och den berömda utsiktsplatsen. Trevlig personal med fint bemötande. Pga vattenbrist så byts lakan endast en gång i veckan vilket känns rimligt på lågsäsongen.

Struttura accogliente e tranquilla, adatta per tutte le esigenze familiari. Ristorante eccellente e staff cortese e qualificato.

The room was large and comfortable for 5 people with a good sized deck. Centrally located with beaches and old town being 15-18 minutes walking and the marina 5 more. We opted for the morning breakfast and happy we did so. A relaxed low key vibe around the pool when we weren’t at the beach or exploring. The front desk staff were friendly and always accessible to answer questions or concerns.

Esperienza positiva.bell'appartamento, direi quasi nuovo. La posizione del resort purtroppo non è comoda né per la spiaggia né per il centro di Lagos. In entrambi i casi occorre prendere la macchina perché per i bambini la strada a piedi è troppo lunga Colazione buona e ordinata Piscina bella con acqua tiepida Personale alla reception non particolarmente gentile. Nel complesso l'esperienza è stata decisamente positiva ma non vale il prezzo pagato. È il rapporto qualità prezzo che manca

We LOVED Agua hotels. It was a spacious clean site and was really peaceful and is for sure a five star hotel. We really enjoyed the pool because it was big, fun and had lots of loungers and relaxing spaces. The breakfast buffet was amazing; it has lots of delicious choices so there is something for everyone. Great staff at reception as well as cleaners who clean each room every day. Everything was at a very high standard and can really recommend for a holiday location. Thank you for having us at Agua hotels and we would happily return.

Vi fick ett bra intryck när vi anlände till hotellet och servicen var bra. Däremot var rummet en besvikelse – gammalt och i dåligt skick, särskilt med slitna handdukar. Även frukostbuffén var en besvikelse, med ett begränsat utbud och låg kvalitet.

Gutes Frühstück, etwas klein für die Anzahl der Gäste; Freundlich, professionell; App. großzügig, sauber, auf Angabe (Aushang des Schildes) immer gereinigt, auf Wünsche eingegangen. Ein bißchen nervig war die Tatsache, dass der eine Pool der Kindergarten für Möwen war. Es war natürlich nicht der Lärm oder die Nähe zu den Tieren, im Gegenteil, aber der Kot war wirklich überall. Dann sollte man die Liegen und Flächen rund um den Pool bitte häufiger reinigen.

Our appartment was spacious and beds were comfortable. There are a/c units in every room and that made our stay pleasant. There’s a decent buffet breakfast at the restaurant but the unit has a huge kitchen to prepare your own food. We didn’t cook as there are many different restaurants nearby. There’s a market across the street and a bakery as well as a coffee shop within 5 minutes walk. The beaches are about 15-20 minutes walk. I gave it 3 stars because of the cleanliness or lack of. Our patio was dirty and the sun bed was covered in bird poop as well as the walls. The room was also dusty especially in the corners and under the beds. I think for the nighty price of close to $400, the resort staff needs to improve on cleaning procedures. Other than that, I would highly recommend this place to stay in Lagos. The staff is friendly and helpful.

Des vacances parfaites! L hôtel est très bien situé pour visiter l Algarve! Nous y avons passé 10 jours et sommes ravis de nos vacances! Le ménage est fait tous les jours, les serviettes ne sont changés que 1 fois mais c’est ok! Nous avions pris demi pension et ne sommes pas déçu du repas, il y en avait pour tous les goûts, même les enfants ont trouvés leur bonheur tous les soirs! Le petit déjeuner est sous forme de buffet et très bien fourni! Nous sommes arrivés certaines fois à 9h15, et à chaque fois qu’il manquait quelque chose, ils en remettaient! L équipe du restaurant, les femmes de ménage et la réception sont au top! Merci pour ces vacances!

Hårde senge. Meget basic værelser, ingen kaffe/the, håndklæder skiftes kun hver 3. dag og de to drikkeglas rengøres ikke. God AC og køleskab. Gennemsnitlig italiensk restaurant. Fin pool, men der er nogle måger omkring pool-området. Masser af liggestole.

Very clean, positive people, all perfect

Reception staff were “short”, rude and impatient. I do not speak the language, and when I asked for clarification, they always appeared put off. Pool was dirty, shuttle only ran briefly, no instructions to work appliances. Will not stay again.

Överraskande fint boende, finare och bättre än beskrivet! Vi hade ett familjerum som verkade vara helt nyrenoverat. Två stora fina sovrum, två (!) badrum med dusch, en klädkammare, stort allrum och ett stort kök samt en balkong mot poolen. Rent, fräscht och ljudisolerat. Helt perfekt boende helt enkelt! Dock ligger det lite avsides, det tar 15 minuter för en vuxen att gå ganska snabbt till närmaste strand och stan tar minst 30 minuter. Men vi hade bil och det fanns parkering direkt utanför boendet. Till stan tog vi Uber som inte kostade mer än 50kr.

Great place, great location. Grocery store right on the corner. We did not get the apartment advertised, the sofa bed was really small single so too small for our 16 year old. Pillows are not pillows, uncomfortable. Didn’t have little touches like salt and pepper and a cloth to wash down counters after making breakfast. You have to ask for the pool towels. But overall this was an amazing place to stay, almost perfect!
