Well positioned to be close to all the action but not in the middle of all of the action which was perfect for us. Access to Yellow Bus tour bus stop 3. Right next to the beautiful Crystal Gardens. Wonderful restaurant in the hotel called Exuberant. We loved our stay in Porto!

This hotel was run extremely well. Staff were friendly and attentive and befitting of a 5* hotel. We ate dinner in the restaurant and it was top class. We also used the rooftop pool which had great views but limited sun loungers on a busy day. However, there was additional seating around the bar area. Their chauffeur parking service was also very useful for us.

Service and staff were amazing. Room was also really nice.it had all the amenities of a 5 star hotel Just took awhile to figure out the lights. Location was a couple of blocks from city center. Walkable but a little hilly.

We had a very relaxing five days at the Altis, the staff were helpful, accessible and friendly throughout.
The bottle of wine to welcome us was a lovely surprise.
We made use of the excellent gym and spa facilities every day before hitting Porto.
We loved the location and view of the Douro from our room - quiet but just a 15 minute walk into the centre or quayside.
