excellent location, very easy to walk about,stuff very helpful and friendly, room is really nice and spacious, only thing is the noise from outside, however,can not mark down due to this as this is because of the location i suppose. overall very satisefied

This was our 4th stay in the Eva Senses. The hotel is in a great position to explore Faro and if you book a marina room has lovely views. Our room waa very comfortable and clean. Breakfast is really good with plenty of choice. We used the free water taxis provided by the hotel to go to the beach. The driver was very friendly and informative, this is a great addition to the services provided.. Perhaps the best thing about the hotel is the staff. Every staff member we came across was so welcoming, helpful and above all proffessional, a real credit to the hotel. We will definately stay again

Mycket bra frukost

1. Airplanes constantly on landing approach directly overhead day and night. 2. This hotel LIED about having Air Conditioning. When we sweat through a night where it was only 58° outside with the fan blowing and still way too hot we checked with the front desk and they said “oh, no we don’t have air-conditioning.” this was specifically my search criteria for a hotel in Faro and listed as a current amenity of my room selection. 3. The breakfast buffet is superior. This is what you are really paying for.

Average hotel. Most of the stuff is dated. Does not provide extra drinking water. No Kleenex in the room

Het personeel was super aardig en behulpzaam en de kamer was mooi en schoon. De informatieverstrekking kon echter beter. Er werd vooraf niet aangegeven dat het zwembad niet het hele jaar open zou zijn, maar ook dat had geen probleem moeten zijn: op het bord bij het zwembad stond dat deze geopend is van april tm oktober. Wij gingen half april, maar het zwembad was nog steeds niet open terwijl het buiten 25+ graden was. Er staat op de website dat het strand erg dichtbij moet zijn, maar dat was ook niet het geval. Om bij het strand te komen moet je of een boottocht nemen of een bus of trein. Ook van veel informatie over de excursies die geboekt konden worden, was het personeel niet goed op de hoogte. Verder was het personeel erg aardig en behulpzaam en kon iedereen goed Engels en dachten ze goed mee

Clean room. Buffet breakfast was excellent. Staff attentive and helpful. Close to train and bus stations and easy walking distance to "old town", tour operators and good restaurants.

Clean however walls marked and scraped in places. Needs some attention. Generally clean and ok. Breakfast was just warm and every morning I was having to wipe down the chair / bench before sitting due to food crumbs and mess on them. Location of hotel is excellent. On day of checking in I reported the safe did not work, and it was not sorted and I mentioned this again on checkout. We had two rooms so we used the other room safe, but it’s still not good enough.

Wonderful buffet breakfast with fresh fruit, great coffee and an amazing assortment of choices.

Läget och personal var mycket bra! Däremot var rummet fuktigt och luktade inrökt. Tunn glasdörr till WC som inte gav avskildhet på något sätt. Trötta kuddar och madrasser.

Left very early and did not park a car. Just want to say the staff and hotel location were both great.

Amazing variety of food at breakfast! Lots to choose from. Great bar/restaurant with views across the marina. Room was a good size.

The gentleman at the front desk was wonderful. Very helpful. The breakfast bar……..I’m celiac. The first morning I asked a staff member about gluten free. She kind of laughed, then pointed out the 3 supposedly hot things I could have. The pastries were beautiful, but nothing available for gluten free. The size of this breakfast buffet is nothing short of unbelievable. Celiac is not a choice. This is a disease. Vegetarian is easily available. Sent a msg to the hotel manager. He emailed back & said he’d talk to the kitchen manager.

Room was ok .if im being pickey slirting boards and corners were dirty. Staff at check in and breakfast were loverly the cleaners . Didnt speak at all . Even when we spoke .breakfast on sat was freezing cold. Not even late so no excuses .second day better.

Staff were pleasant and welcoming. We checked in quickly and were given earlier access to our room. We have stayed there before in a Marina view room, floor 3, which was lovely. This time I made the mistake of booking a city view room. We were on floor 1, facing the street. The traffic noise was awful and fairly constant. We couldn’t have the window open because of the noise and the hotel policy of no air conditioning in winter months meant it was too warm to sleep well. The room itself was fine. Comfortable bed. Very clean. Good shower room. Breakfast was included and was very good. Plenty of choice. Just avoid city view rooms!
