La ubicación en todo el centro histórico y cerca de todo lo histórico de Oporto. El personal muy atento para que no nos faltara de nada. Ha sido el primer viaje con mascota y ha sido perfecto.

It's a little bit tricky to find the hotel for the first time, but it's all good afterwards. We arrived very late in the evening (11pm) but the receptionists were very friendly and helpful. The lounge bartender was even willing to make us a club sandwich although the bar literally closed in 5 minutes. As we didn't do any preparation on travel in Porto, we have been asking the reception loads of questions everyday. They were kind enough to check and print our itinerary without us asking! Brilliant staff and made my stay in Porto wonderful. Yes, breakfast is good as well: wide range of bread, fresh fruits, cereal, cold cuts, scramble eggs, bacon. Start my day perfectly during my stay. Although the hotel is a little old (the decor is like it's in the 60s/70s), but it's clean and tidy. I will definitely be happy to recommend people to stay in this hotel.

Although the hotel is a little old (the decor is like it's in the 60s/70s), but it's clean and tidy. I will definitely be happy to recommend people to stay in this hotel.

Senza infamia e senza lode. Un buon hotel, personale molto cordiale, la camera ampia, pulita e spaziosa. Un bagno con tutto il necessario, un kit discreto e addirittura il bidet. La doccia era una vasca da bagno un pò pericolosa, dove funzionava solo il doccino. La colazione discreta ma sempre uguale ogni giorno e senza una vasta scelta. C'era però sia il dolce (un giorno anche le pastel de nata) che salta. Posizione molto vicina al municipio e a 10min dalla cattedrale.

Das Frühstück war nicht so lecker. Der Kaffee und der O Saft haben nicht geschmeckt. Die warme Speisen (Rührei, Würstchen, Tortilla) waren teilweise kalt. Sonst war alles in Ordnung

Hotel in posizione centrale e comoda per arrivare a piedi in centro. Comoda la stanza e il bagno, mentre la colazione si potrebbe migliorare per la qualità dei prodotti. Sarebbe utile fare una convenzione con il garage vicino per dare la possibilità di parcheggiare con tariffa preferenziale per i clienti dell'hotel.

I stayed here for one night and worst mistake. This place has bed bugs. I woke up covered in bites all over my arms. I reported this hotel to Expedia and immediately asked for a refund

The staff were kind and helpful. The breakfast was fine but nothing great. It also was not varied much day-to-day. The AC didn't work great and kind of worked as it wanted to. The bathrooms were nice and the shower was good. The hotel is in a good area but be prepared for walking steep hills if you're not in a car. Overall it's a fine stay. Nothing stellar but not bad.

Sehr gutes Hotel. Freundliches und hilfsbereites Personal. Jederzeit ansprechbar. Die Sauberkeit der Zimmer sehr gut. Leider sind die Zimmer, bis auf’s Badezimmer, in die Jahre gekommen. Ein wenig „ Aufhübschung „ würde da sehr gut tun. Ich hatte einen schönen Aufenthalt. :-)
