Acondicionado con cocina completa, lavadora, buen aire, tranquilo, limpio excelente

The location was great, the property was in good condition and clean. The stay was good, but it would be nicer with better kitchen tools and cookwares. Also, it would help a lot if the key code and city tax were arranged before arrival, so everything felt smoother.

The apartment was really nice, much bigger than we expected. We are a family of 5 and there was plenty of room. We were there 9 nights and it was cleaned halfway through our stay, which was a pleasant surprise. Two washrooms came in handy with 5 of us. We did a quick load of laundry almost daily and hung it out on the drying rack. Very convenient. Great location, walkable to transit and the main street in Belem. The property owner was lovely and very helpful. Also accommodated us slightly early as we arrived early. Much appreciated!

Check in host was not available. 2 phone numbers that were posted were not responsive. Check in message day before came from a number that was on holidays. Delayed our check in and left us stranded on street 2 1/2 hrs in 34 degree weather. Only The hairdresser across the street was able to contact them for us and also told us that this happens multiple times a week. It’s embarrising.

Incrível!! Localização, acomodação e conforto. Voltaria com certeza!! Viagem em família, 5 pessoas. Só deixou a desejar os lençóis, fiquei em dúvida se estavam realmente limpos. Mas Lisboa é maravilhosa!! E esse fato não estragou nossa viagem

Tuvimos que solicitar las claves de acceso al apartamento dos veces. Nos dijeron que la persona que se ocupaba de esto, estaba de vacaciones. En fin, que nos solucionaron todo 3 horas antes de llegar al sitio. Lo malo también que el check in es a las 16:30 y el check out a las 10:00. Me parece un abuso

This two-bedroom apartment offers the basic amenities needed for a comfortable stay. The nearby market, just a five-minute walk away, was a great convenience. The location is excellent—situated on a quiet street within walking distance of many Belem highlights, including the Jerónimos Monastery, Belém Tower, the famous Pastéis de Belém, and the CCB. Mafalda was a very responsive host and promptly assisted us when we encountered issues with the water heater and climate control system. One drawback was that our unit was on the ground floor, which meant limited natural light. The enclosed patio, surrounded by a high concrete wall, also blocked sunlight and obscured views of the nearby church. If access to light and views is important to you, we recommend requesting a unit on a higher floor—it would have made a big difference for us.

Nice Apartment with balcony. In a nice neighbourhood close to the tram and bus. Hard beds for us Scandinavians.

Nice place.. quite.. very safely.. so amazing..

Out stay was pretty good. The size of the couch was good but not the bed. The bed was pretty uncomfortable and small. And also the utilities in the kitchen was pretty poor. But we felt safe and happy.

Great stay. Very comfortable and just like the pictures. The only issue is the water leaking from the shower box. Would stay ther again.

Excellent location!! The apartment was clean and family friendly. I’ll definitely rebook for my next visit.
