经典的马德拉岛4卧室别墅，芬沙尔

The building itself is very nice, but the descriptions and photos do not match what get. You will never be the only people. There are 3 other apartments and a basement under the property, which is a warehouse for builders who come and go very early morning to late at night and make as much noise as they can. 1 apartment is joined to the house and you can hear every sound from there. When on the patio you have no privacy as the other visitors believe all outside areas are common grounds. Bedrooms advertised with queen size beds, all rooms have small doubles and the mattresses are past their sell by date. House sleeps 8, yet the living room has 1 2 seater couch. Owner states that that is enough. 40% of the lights do not work, and the electricity trips multiple times a day. Main house power goes off so do the apartments so those occupants keep disturbing you or waking you up. Only 1 of the 4 showers works correctly, other 3 are either broken or shower heads are full of dirt that the water hardly comes out. There is no deep soak bath as advertised. The kitchen is missing the extractor fan over the stove, plates and glasses look like a mix from a car boot sale and the pots and pans are past being used as the Teflon is flaking off. There is no BBQ, that is now an apartment. House is on a very noisy main road, apposite a car dealer, who is extremely noisy. If you are first in to the parking you will get parked in. No toilet paper was provided, and no bin bags either.
