Hotel antigo, situado numa região afastada do centro de Lisboa. Quarto confortável, ótimo café da manhã, cama excelente, limpeza adequada e atendentes educados. Porém, está muito datado e envelhecido, precisam fazer uma renovação. Exceto no local do café da manhã que é um espetáculo, nas outras áreas do hotel e no quarto você não se sente num legítimo 5 estrelas. Foi uma experiência satisfatória mas sem sofisticação, portanto eu não voltaria a me hospedar a menos que fizessem um retrofit robusto.

I had a very disappointing experience at the Corinthia Hotel in Lisbon. This is clearly a property geared toward large tour groups, which makes the lobby consistently overcrowded and the check-in process extremely slow. In my case, check-in took over 30 minutes. Due to a national train strike, I arrived a day late. While I understand policies are policies, I was surprised and disappointed that the hotel would not offer any refund or accommodation for the missed night, especially given the exceptional circumstances. To make matters worse, the hotel misplaced my luggage upon arrival and it took them nearly two hours to locate it. After a wonderful trip across Portugal, this was a poor way to end my journey. Overall, the lack of flexibility, the inefficiency, and the impersonal nature of the service left me with a very negative impression. I would not recommend this hotel to travelers looking for a smooth or accommodating experience.

First time staying in a hotel with a Bell captain and Bell men Staff was very helpful. Travelled with a baby

The wifi was stable. It was nice to have both a bath tub and shower booth with 2 sinks in the bathroom.

IA great hotel with great facilities

Sehr gutes und sauberes Luxushotel, das aber auch in jeder anderen Hauptstadt so stehen könnte. Mein Zimmer hatte leichten Strassenlärm, sonst alles tipptopp. Mir hat etwas der Charm Portugals gefehlt.

The front desk was able to accommodate us early and that made adjusting to the time difference very easy. The staff was very kind and helpful and there was a lot of choices for dining. Excellent hotel

The front desk staff was very friendly, and the hotel itself was beautiful and spotless. I also appreciated the convenient shuttle service to the downtown area every 30 minutes, which made getting around effortless.

The hotel was amazing, we got a lovely warm reception and an up grade to our suite and a quick and efficient check in. The staff around the hotel were very polite. The only thing that let it down was that the spa was not fully functioning for the whole of our stay due to repairs. Breakfast was excellent as was the room service but unfortunately I had to chase up on an over charge on my credit card and I’ve still not had a response back yet!

A little bit far out from the City Centre, but the Corinthia is a lovely property. Quieter neighborhood, very nice pool and spa, and an excellent hotel gym. Taxis and Uber to City Center is very easy, maybe 15-20 minutes even at peak hours. Close to the airport. The Suite was wonderful, spacious, walk in closet, and a great tub for a relaxing bath.

Super hotel personnel aux petits soins,spacieuse très propre et cosy, proche de tout et agréable. Petit déjeuner plus que copieux et personnel sympathique.

Ok hotel. Gode senger. 35 min å gå ned til sentrum. Tog og busser i nærheten. God frokost. Men, veldig dyrt på restaurantene.

Lovely breakfast, very nice reception staff, the room was very clean and well maintained.

The hotel was very clean and modern. It has 3 dining options on site. Concierge staff are very helpful, just busy. Therefore had to wait a bit at times to get their assistance. My upgraded room was large, with lots of natural light with large windows. Cleaning staff did a great job overall. Only one day, our room was overlooked, not sure what happened. However, we requested clean towels and were able to get them without any issues. The hotel is walkable to Bus station and Ubers are very convenient. There are a few restaurants within walking distance.However, we mostly went into the heart of Lisbon for meals.
