很棒的飯店。服務人員客氣，早餐豐盛。巴士站走路5分鐘就到。聖母瑪莉亞大教堂走路只要12分鐘。下午天氣熱，可以游泳，spa，按摩很棒，價錢很好。我們住了5天，一天遊Tomar，一日遊Natalya，實在很好。給飯店120分。Thanks very much。

Bom hotel; melhor ainda restaurante Duas pequenas coisas: com tanto calor o quarto estava muito quente, podiam ter ligado o ar condicionado. Igualmente uma atencao basica seria oferecer uma garrafa de agua.

The check in was a little complicated 3 tries to get our room . The room was very nice and clean. The air conditioning is unit did not sufficiently cool down the room , it was looked at twice by the staff but it didn’t change anything. The breakfast was amazing so many choices . The hotel was satisfactory for a one night stay and close to the Cathedral

The staff were friendly, efficient, and always ready to assist with any request. We were greeted with warm smiles and exceptional hospitality from the moment we entered.

Property was good overall but disappointed since I book this hotel for the pool and amenities and no where it say on their reservation website that you need it a swiming cap to use the facilities and they were overcharging for a swimming cap. We’re treated poorly by one of your staff for not buying them a swimming cap. Everything else was great. Their breakfast was wonderful except for that issue so keep it in mind if you will like to use their spa.

Não recomendo! Hotel limpíssimo Boa localização mas barulhento Colaboradores não muito simpáticos! O hotel eh bom mas inferior em comparação a hotéis da mesma categoria check out as onze eh ruim! Tudo se paga tipo recarregar o carro ok tenho que pagar mas ter que pagar diária da garagem para abastecer o carro eh o fim tendo em vista que o hotel tem estacionamento grátis

Muy bonito hotel en Fatima, con spa y transporte terrestre cerca de Flexibus y Expresso. Re regalan una hora de spa.

Comfortable bed and spacious and clean room, but the bathroom is quite outdated and the wifi incredibly slow, plus there was no plug next to the bed. Also the breakfast was worse than what you would expect from a 4-star hotel.

Pasamos una muy agradable estadia. El personal muy amable. La comida muy buena y las instalaciones limpias.

Ficamos hospedados em 2019 e retornamos agora em 2025 e hotel que já era muito bom está muito melhor. Superou nossas expectativas e voltaremos a nos hospedar com certeza.
