Very good place

Sweet and service minded staff. Clean rooms.

Fint hotell rett ved stranda. Vi hadde rom med sjøutsikt/balkong og det var ingen biltrafikk foran hotellet som var veldig behagelig. Hørte nesten bare lyden av havet og bølger. God aircondition på rommet. Hadde halvpensjon og middagsbuffet hadde ny meny hver dag. Innsjekking ved ankomst var noe tregt. Ansatte er hyggelig. Veldig fornøyd med oppholdet her.

All that’s been said about this hotel and more. It’s fantastic and being able to step on to the beach after some nice breakfast is fabulous

Rooms are very small although rooms with a sea view would be a little better as there is a balcony. We could not get a sea view room so there was no place to hang beach towels to dry off. Overall its a nice hotel with a lovely pool and beautiful view out to the sea

Loved the quiet location and great boardwalk and close access to the beaches.

Veldig bra opphold. Optimal plassering for basseng, strand, god mat og shopping. Trang heis, litt lang ventetid, vi brukte trappen. Frokost middels. God valuta for pengene!

This was my first stay at the hotel. I had a room with balcony overlooking the pool and ocean. The facility is well maintained. Breakfast was included and a good variety of items were available. I would stay again.

The staff we fabulous! So helpful and kind. The property was very nice - always clean. Great location.

Such an amazing hotel. Perfect location with sea view, all rooms and areas of hotel are extremely clean. The staff are very friendly and helpful. Nice and quiet. Can’t wait to return!

Nice clean very good location appropriate for families with children and couples the beach was ver close and umbrellas chairs and beach towels available.Very good breakfast and pleasant bar terase where you could enjoy food cocktails drinks and good coffee

Great little place.

Dette er det optimale stedet å bo når man skal være på Quarteira-stranden, men pass på å få et rom mot sjøen så man kan ligge med balkongdøra åpen og høre bølgene slå mot land. Det var dessverre ikke ledig da jeg bestilte i siste øyeblikk. Superior rommet var stort og alt var rent badet og dusjen og alt var godt rengjort. Senga var diger og gikk over hele den ene veggen, det var veldig fint og føltes luksuriøst. Men madrassen kunne vært mykere for en skandinavisk person. Personalet var høflige og gemyttlige å forholde seg til og gjorde så godt de kunne for å hjelpe med språkbarrierene som uunngåelig oppstod det ene spørsmålet slår det andre og så brytes man litt med det.

To whom it may concern I have just returned from my 7 night stay at Dom Jose hotel. I had booked and paid for a superior room with sea view( sleeps 4)- even though there was only two of us- as we wanted the bigger room. However, I was very disappointed with the room. When I booked, it said that we would have dressing gowns which we didn’t have. In addition the shower was very poor quality and over the bath which I certainly would not have expected in a superior room. I stayed in a standard room in this hotel a few weeks earlier and I could see no difference whatsoever in the room standards.

The hotel is easy to get to from the airport and the back gate has direct access to the beach (not a private area but there are sun loungers available to rent). The room was clean and spacious, with good wardrobe sizing and a decent bathroom. Our only complaint with the room was the aircon which could sometimes be difficult to use with the remote as it wouldn't respond to on/off or temperature switch. The wifi was also a bit tricky - you need to ask for the code at reception and make sure it covers the entirity of your stay, and our code only worked for one device so you may need to get multiple if you are sharing the room. With our stay, we had breakfast included. The selection was excellent, with hot and cold options. The restaurant was big enough for us to sit comfortably near the window looking out to the beach or a bit further in where it was quieter. The staff also looked after us very well, and were super friendly. Overall, we had a lovely stay.

We came in a small 2 night trip part of a longer trip, although the lobby looked brand new I’d say there parts of the hotel which could do with a bit of paint mainly the building it’s self. Breakfast was good, rooms had loads of space. However only one pool and it’s in quite a small area, not sure how this would work on the height of summer with kids there etc, should probably make it an adults only hotel.
