DOME 阿尔瓦雷斯卡布拉尔

Quando ho prenotato hanno scritto che avendo prenotato all'ultimo, avevo lo sconto last minute, al check-in il prezzo era giusto, nel pomeriggio è arrivato in camera un altro receptionist chiedendoci la differenza perchè a loro non risultava e non se ne è andato finchè non ha avuto la differenza. La stanza aveva la moquette macchiata, piccola, ho pagato una stanza con colazione, ma loro la colazione non la fanno. Hanno una cucina, mi dovevo comprare le cose, farmi la colazione e poi pulire tutto. Questo per me non è una camera con colazione. Ho chiesto anche il parcheggio, nella prenotazione risultava, salvo scoprire che il parcheggio era privato e mi è costato 27 euro a notte. Mi sono sentita truffata e assolutamente non lo consiglio.

Le petit-dejeuner est apporté dans un panier à partir de 8h30. Correct mais devrait être annoncé à l'avance. Lors de mon sejour de 3 nuits, beaucoup de bruits jusqu'au milieu de la nuit dans les chambres à côté, isolation phonique inexistante. Le personnel est courtois et souriant, ce qui rattrape un peu.

Dieses "Hotel" ist etwas alt und leider nicht gerade renoviert worden. Es waren Chips neben dem Bett als wir angekommen waren. Wir sind haben gleich den Checkout gemacht und eine anderes Hotel gebucht, obwohl wir dieses Hotel schon bezahlt haben.

Alles top, nur etwas ringhörige Zimmer, man hört die Nachbarn reden…

The staff were EXTREMELY helpful while we were undergoing hardships with our trip. The place is exceptionally good for the price. Location and transportation at the doorsteps.

We showed up 2 hours before check-in time to make sure we find the right property because it was not obvious, the young guy at the front desk didn’t even let us ask questions he said check in at 2:30. I told them we want just to make sure it’s the right property he checked our booking and said come back in 2:30. When we were back at 14:25 he didn’t say a word just waited that’s exactly 2:30 then grabbed the keys!

Excellent place to stay on a budget in Lisbon. Very clean and very friendly staff. Everything was as expected.

O local é aconchegante, por erro nosso não nos atentamos a questão do banheiro compartilhado, o que para nós foi um tanto que complicado por termos um bebê e criança pequena..mas de resto a estadia foi conforme o esperado

Le personnel d'accueil et d'entretien font leur possible avec gentillesse et dévouement mais la structure et son organisation sont à revoir. On peut trouver à Lisbonne un meilleur hébergement pour un meilleur prix.

The furniture and overall hotel were old and shoddy.

Estacionamento pago, local com transporte público diversos, instalações limpas, prédio em reforma, com facilidades de um hostel (não é hotel). Staff atenciosos.

The hotel wasn't what I was expecting. The pictures are no a reality of what it actually looks. The kitchen and bathroom look dirty and found some dust. It is not worth what we pay for our stay there. The staff at the front desk were amazing tho. Really helpful and nice.

Muito bom. Limpo, silencioso, quarto espaçoso. Localização ótima. Pena que não servem café da manhã.

Haría falta más cuarto de baños

It is perfectly localised but it is not weel managed. Not very clean but whit a very god potential. Can do better. Kind regards, De Oliveira
