Le Resort est joli et chaleureux mais semble un peu laissé à l'abandon. L'appartement est lui spacieux et agréable avec de nombreux équipements.
Là où nous avons été particulièrement déçu c'est dans leur gestion des "problèmes". Un soir un cafard gros comme une demi main est sorti du lavabo juste devant nous.
N'étant pas particulièrement équipé pour déloger ce locataire indésirable, nous appelons la réception qui nous dit faire le nécessaire. 3/4 d'heure plus tard pas de nouvelle. Nous allons donc à la réception mais vu que c'était maintenant après 18h elle était fermée. Vu qu'il n'y avait plus aucun personnel visible dans le Resort, nous avons été au restaurant. Une fois notre souci expliqué, l'employé prend son téléphone pour appeler la personne en charge et une fois raccroché me dit un peu dépité : "elle veut pas venir". Sentant bien l'incongruité de la situation, il décide alors d'aller déloger le cafard lui-même avec l'aide de la femme de ménage. Le lendemain, aucun appel de la réception pour s'excuser de nous avoir laisser sans nouvelle la veille. A 450€ la nuit on s'attendait à un peu plus de considération.
