Hotel room was clean. Beds were comfortable. Even we arrived slightly earlier, the staff was willing to help.

Staffs are friendly, smile with you.

Muito bom hotel. Ótimo café da manhã. Gostei da localização e da proximidade do "Mercado" de alimentação com múltiplas opções na outra esquina. Voltaria com certeza.

Camera spaziosa e confortevole; l'hotel è posto in una bella zona, dalla quale con una passeggiata di 20 minuti si può raggiungere il centro

I have stayed here many times. Convenient for me , a good breakfast.

Clean room, helpful staff!

The hotel rooms are NOT soundproofed: you can hear someone sneezing in the next room. We had an issue after check in with a kid constantly screaming in the room next door. Went down to ask for a room change and the lady at front desk looked irked at the request, gave me a room change, but clearly said nasty things about the request to.her colleague in Portuguese. Quite unprofessional and rude! Overall, the stay was decent. Pillows were crap. The only plus was that the property is located next to a very nice and quiet mall, which has a grocery story and laundry facilities. Other than these points, i wouldn't book this place again.

It was lovely

Uncomfortable beds. Hairdryer wouldn't turn off so had to just cut the electricity to the whole room (nice hairdryer though). Rude, almost arguably racist man at check-in desk who was very rude to people who speak little English, had the patience and look of a man desperate to get home (probably even though it was the middle of his shift). Another 2 women who greeted us at some point during our stay were nicer though. Incomprehensible why we pay the city tax at check-in rather than check-out (it is not city policy, we paid at check-out in other hotels). Booked a taxi for my family (on a different booking) - was quoted a ridiculous price (found cheaper by half elsewhere).

The rooms and the sit down areas were clean and neat but the staff wasnt very friendly and people were smoking in our floor and the customer service couldn’t care less unfortunately.

O tuela é ótimo sendo 3 estrelas, sempre que vou para o Porto, Portugal fico lá perfeito, e o pequeno almoço o valor cobrado à parte vale a pena, muito gostoso, super indico 👍👏👏👏

Dejlig ren og kundevenlig personale. Dejlig stor værelse med god udsigt samt en dejlig god stor seng.

위치가 관광지에서 많이 떨어져 있어요. 방음이 되지 않아 다른 방의 대화도 다 들려요.
