Holiday Inn LISBON, an IHG Hotel

very noisy

We rented one double room and one triple room and paid extra for the triple room. When we checked in, the front desk mixed up the 2 rooms and gave us the wrong keys. This was not important and we filed it in the front desk again. But when we entered the room, we found that both rooms were only suitable for 2 persons to stay. When we went to the front desk again, the staff’s attitude was rude and said they simply didn’t have a triple room While we were heated up, he said they could add a sofa-bed in one of the room, but the attitude was still unacceptable.

Good and clean

Large and confortable room. Staff very friendly. I’ve had a very good stay at Holiday Inn Lisbon.

Holiday Inn is a basic hotel. The bedrooms are dated and requires updating. The bed is comfortable and the pool area is nice for relaxing. The charge €3 for a small water in the mini bar be aware of this. Mostly Portuguese tv station .

The staff at this hotel were incredibly helpful and efficient! You don't have to wait for anything. The breakfast buffet was delicious with so many options. The perfect place in Lisbon away from all the busyness and noise but not too far from all the attractions.

Excellent service

The view was not good , room power ( all lights went off at 11 pm ) , had to call front desk , was waking up by room service in the morning , they came to wrong room , had to call front desk to fix bath tub. Toilet bowl was designed horrible

It’s nice

This hotel is in great location close to the university. The poolside bar/restaurant on the roof is wonderful with nice views over the city. The buffet in the restaurant is wonderful, especially for large groups or conferences.
