浴缸和洗臉盆都沒有塞子，無法泡澡和洗臉。

The hotel room is old and small. The sound proof of the room is not very well so I can heard my next room guest told hotel staff she lost some jewelry which is took by the housekeeper. The staff of the reception do not have smile and not very patient and helpful, maybe that is the character of Portugal

1) The Hair-dryer used for 2 mins will be stopped, and the staff told us it is normal as it is overheated, so we need to wait at least 20 minutes to have another 2 minutes Hair dry .... speechless 2) The towel is worn and torn , but still give the customer to use ???? 3) The bathtub is draining very very slowly .. Close to Parques metro station and nice shady 25min walk to Baixa. Room was large but lacked basic amenities like a fridge and kettle (although there was a kettle downstairs). Bed was comfortable, air-conditioning worked and room was (over)serviced daily (towels were changed even if not used!). Nosie can be heard between rooms when neighbours talk loudly. Front counter staff were helpful if you engaged them, but not one greeted guests on arrival or said hello if you walked by. Would I stay there again, maybe if the price was right and there were no better options.

Everything was above our expectations. I would highly recommend The hotel Avenida Park. Our only issue was that the wifi was not working.

Good hotel in great quiet area, rooms slightly small but was out most of the day so didn’t matter.

Hotel com boa localização , tem que melhorar o chuveiro , mais no geral tudo perfeito , próximo de vários restaurante e uma media de 2,7 km das principais atrações, fomos de pé , com varias avenidas movimentadas próximas

Literie confortable, quelques places de parking devant l’hôtel, bon accueil. Point négatif : petit déjeuner basique, quantité insuffisante. Situation près du métro.

La localizacion es muy buena, es un barrio tranquilo y a media hora del centro. El aparcamiento es bastante reducido, pues el hotel cuenta solamente cinco plazas; todas las demás son para residentes. El desayuno es aceptable pero reducido en opciones.

The rooms rented are very old and urgently need renovation. The bath room is very small and bath old and not really comfortable and very old. The Mobiliar is fully overused old. Sehr altes und kleines Bad, die Badewanne ist verrostet. Die Möbel haben Flecken, der Stoff ist vollkommen alt und reißt ab. Auf der Bettdecke sind Flecken. Die Expedia hat uns das Zimmer für 98 Euro verkauft. Im Hotel wäre dafür der aktueller Preis 48 Euro. Wir haben das Zimmer reklamiert da kein Aufenthalt in diesem Zimmer uns aus Hygiene- Gründen sowie schlechten Zimmerzustand möglich war. Wir sind vollkommen unzufrieden, da der Preis von 98 Euro nicht den Zimmerzustand entspricht. Auch im anderen größeren Zimmer war alles vollkommen abgenutzt. Wir werden nicht mehr über Expedia unsere Reisen buchen.

Nous avons bien apprécié notre séjour à cet hôtel. C'est un bon emplacement, le transport est très facile de comprendre et le parc devant l'hôtel est agréable pour la marche. Lisbonne est une belle ville à visiter

É um hotel simples e barato muito bem localizado, do lado do metrô e de frente para o parque. Isso por si só me bastou. Minha surpresa foi a eficiência do quarto, que é pequeno mas tem uma boa cama, bons travesseiros, lençóis limpos e ar-condicionado. Não tem geladeira, mas deixei minha água na direção do ar-condicionado. O banheiro é proporcionalmente grande, tinha água quente e kit de amenidades. As toalhas pequenas não me agradaram. Tem secador e não tinha cheiro de mofo. Para mim, está no padrão do Ibis Budget e eu voltaria a me hospedar.

ótima localização, muito confortável, limpeza excelente.

O quarto era confortável, a localização excelente, o atendimento cordial. O café da manhã é bom, mas não excepcional. Fica em frente ao Parque Eduardo VII, mas o quarto é bem silencioso.
