服務與食物都相當不錯,但是設備有點老舊,在棉被上是沒有外層更換布的那種,床單上還有些微血跡,地板隔音沒有很好,樓上走動會聽的見

La estancia ha tenido luces y sombras. El primer día no funcionaba el agua caliente, algo que genera malestar al llegar tras un viaje largo. Aun así, queremos destacar el excelente trato del personal del comedor, siempre atentos, amables y con una simpatía que se agradece muchísimo. En cuanto al parking, conviene aclarar que no es lo que parece: lo publicitan como si el hotel dispusiera de aparcamiento propio, pero solo hay 4 plazas reservadas en la calle, justo enfrente. Si llegas el quinto, te quedas sin sitio y toca buscar por la zona, lo cual no siempre es fácil. Un lugar con buen servicio humano, pero con detalles que deberían mejorar para estar a la altura de lo que prometen.

Zlatan non si trova al centro che comunque facilmente raggiungibile in auto. Molto confortevole, una buona colazione è una camera spaziosa e accogliente

Great breakfast!

Comfortable hotel, very friendly staff. Car park available but not part of the hotel. Some of the furniture looks a bit tired.

Ottima struttura, vicina all'aeroporto e a 15 Km da Porto. Pulita, ottima colazione e servizio cena nella norma per un hotel. Personale cortese e professionale. Stanza silenziosa e colazione dedicata come richiesto precedentemente.

Petit déjeuner buffet et personnel très sympathique. La seule chose à redire est le manque de parking à proximité.

It was a wonderful experience! Everything was perfect, and the staff was very friendly. Thank you so much for the birthday present—a delightful fruit basket from the hotel. It was a lovely surprise. The room was really nice with a huge balcony, and big bathroom. We enjoyed a delicious breakfast with high-quality options, including freshly pressed orange juice! Thank you for everything; we had a fantastic time!

Nice hotel

Cozy hotel with interesting interior design. Close to Forum Maia metro station, which make it easy to navigate to Porto downtown or any other Porto areas.

This hotel is underrated! It well deserves 5 stars for absolutely everything! The front desk stuff is very polite! They helped us with early check-in and any help we needed. The room was spotless with robs, slippers, water, bar, liquor, chocolate etc The room was very tastefully decorated and was functional. The location was perfect for uber and lots of tours meeting spots which were within 5-15 min walking distance. For very early tours, we're first in the breakfast area sharp at 7am when they open and the stuff was READY with hot breakfast, hot coffee,2 types of eggs, cooked veggies, bacon for those who eat it, always freshly cut different fruit, desserts, juices etc One morning we had a delicious hot Portuguese nata dessert ;) The only thing is the bathtub is a bit higher than usual, but I'm sure the stuff can accommodate guests with this issue, just let them know ahead to book the right room for you. For us it was totally fine and we're not athletes :)) I highly recommend this hotel! I like to try new places, but will definitely book this hotel next time in Lisbon without hesitation!!!

Atendimento excelente, ótimo café da manhã. Localização central. Pode ser renovado para ficar ainda melhor!

Correu tudo bem. Atendentes simpáticos, quarto confortável e preço justo. Apenas ressaltaria que antes da reserva, fiz um pedido por escrito de uma solicitação para casal e não obtive respostas, nem sim nem não. Poderiam ter mais atenção aos e-mails, mesmo que seja para uma resposta negativa. No entanto, a estadia foi ótima.

Un buen hotel con todo tipo de comercios cerca. Tiene una buena ubicación y trato por parte del personal impecable.
