型格設計酒店，裝修新淨，前堂服務人員(不肯定是否Ms.Silva)親切友善，用心解答各種問題，並會提供有用的建議，而不是一般公式化的回應，這是此酒店給我非常良好的感覺。 如果浴室的水壓、WiFi的速度，早餐的食物種類等方面能夠加強一下就非常理想了。

El hotel está un poco retirado del centro. Ya es un poco viejo pero con lo necesario para pasar la noche cómodos.

Nice clean large rooms excellent service at reception you feel like home

Great stay, reception staff were really freindly and recommended agusto's for dinner. Hotel is beautifully clean - dont miss out on the garden ots a hidden jem. Breakfast was delicious and room very large and comfortable.

Nous avons séjournés à l’hôtel Cristal durant cinq nuits! Vraiment très agréable, la chambre spacieuse , confortable, calme et très propre. Le buffet de petit déjeuner est bien fourni. Les produits sont bons. Nous recommandons cet établissement au personnel très agréable.

Very convenient location walkable to all attractions. Excellent breakfast! Friendly and helpful staff. Recommended us a local Portuguesas restaurant for dinner; it was so good that we ended up going twice! The hotel is very clean and room is spacious. Hallway smells so good!

Very helpful staff and a nice breakfast. The room was lovely. It was an uphill walk which took about 25 minutes get back to the hotel from the downtown Porto so that would be my only complaint.

Mon compagnon et moi-même avons passé un excellent séjour à l'hôtel Cristal Porto. La chambre était propre et bien équipée, le personnel fut accueillant, à l'écoute et agréable. Le petit-déjeuner sous forme de buffet a ravi nos papilles. Mention spécial pour la petite attention du personnel le jour de mon anniversaire avec un délicieux gâteau apporté dans la chambre. The hotel was splendid in every way. Great location, facilities, staff, food, interiors to the greatest of standards offering great knowledge of local restaurants offering great cuisine an affordable prices. Hope to return soon.

Hotel is good and conveniently located. Good continental breakfast. No gym. We were lucky and got a street parking right out of the hotel

Magnífica atención y colaboración en todo lo correspondiente a visitar lugares icónicos y cómo movilizarte, nos tocaron días de lluvia e inclusive nos prestaron paraguas para que no nos mojásemos tanto, recomendamos sin duda alguna y si nos tocase volver no dudaríamos de repetir

Excellent hôtel, avec tout le confort d’un bâtiment moderne. La chambre solo était spacieuse et joliment décorée. Beau balcon disponible. Un petit bémol : pas vraiment de bureau sur lequel travailler. Le petit-déjeuner est très complet, avec du personnel très efficace. L’hôtel est un peu éloigné du centre historique et touristique de Porto, mais cela reste faisable à pied ! Et l’hôtel n’est pas éloigné du tram/metro E qui rejoint l’aéroport. Je pourrai revenir à cet hôtel sans aucun problème, le rapport qualité/prix est excellent !
