Das Personal verspruehte das positive Charme welches typisch fuer den Norden Portugals ist. Die offene sympathisch Art des Personals ist unbeschreiblich und war ausschlaggebend fuer den weiteren Verlauf meines Aufenthalts in Braga. Ohne dieses waere ich gar nicht in den Genuss des Besches bestimmter Sehenswuerdigkeiten und Veranstaltungen. Schlafbereich und Badezimmer habe ich in einem tadlellosen und sauberen Zustand vorgefunden. Habe mir definitiv das Hotel fuer meinen weiteren Besuche vorgemerkt.

Mein Zimmer war recht muffelig, es roch nach Zigaretten. Obwohl ich selbst Raucher bin, mag ich den Geruch im Schlafzimmer nicht. Service sehr nett. Für Konzerte in der Altice Arena gut gelegen.

Brilliant little hotel, ideal location

This hotel was good value for money and within easy walking distance of the city centre, with free wi-fi and parking. The reception staff were very pleasant and helpful and a small issue we raised about the room was speedily resolved. Decent breakfast with plenty of variety. Would stay here again.

Boa relação custo-benefício. O pessoal é muito simpático, a Márcia nos forneceu otimas dicas sobre os passeios. O café da manhã é um pouco fraco. Havia um probleminha no banheiro. A limpeza foi boa, os quartos e banheiros são de bom tamanho.

Com o objetivo de fazer turismo e portanto utilizar a hotelaria somente para dormir e banhar-se, não nos apegamos a necessidade de conforto extremo. A atenção do pessoal de recepção e restaurante com indicações de pontos turísticos e sua história, eventos gratuitos (fado em praça pública), indicação de restaurante próximo (Ninho de Sabores) com excelente custo-benefício , transporte coletivo e solução de dúvidas foram os pontos altos da hospedagem.

All the staff was very friendly and accommodating. I would like to acknowledge Lara as she provided excellent care and service. Although the property is not a 4 star hotel, the care of the staff was exceptional! This hotel has the best location as it was only a 3 minute walk to the Altice Forum Braga where our kids participated in the Dance World Cup.

Apesar de eu ter pedido 2 quartos nao fumantes, um deles cheirava muito fortea cigarro e tambem tinha sua banheira entupida.

O hotel é um 2 estrelas familiar, ou seja, não tem um serviço impessoal como os hotéis de rede. Os funcionários e inclusive o dono estão sempre dispostos a tornar a estadia o mais agradável possível. A recepcionista Lara nos deu dicas incríveis de restaurantes! Nos disponibilizaram um frigobar, apesar de não haver em todos os quartos. A região não parece muito hospitaleira mas, é apenas uma primeira impressão é silencioso a noite e tem comércio de todo o tipo na proximidade. É relativamente próximo de tudo.
