吉拉索尔 - 套房酒店

I booked this very late in the day after a cancelled flight and the staff was ready for me when I arrived. All of the staff were very friendly and helpful. I had a wonderful balcony on an upper floor with a great view. Only complaint was that it appears to be a slightly older building and there are very few power outlets in the rooms.

Spacious room but needs to be refreshed, at least painting. We had a nice sea view from the window. The staff was welcoming and nice. The breakfast was average, almost without pastries; breakfast coffee was not good, if not bad. Regarding dinners, bars and pool, we haven't try any of them, so can say nothing. Overall good, but can be better for the price.

Perfectly situated hotel as we enjoy a stroll into the centre,lots of buses if you prefer to ride.Lots of good eating places nearby.Hotel itself friendly and welcoming,clean in all areas and very spacious suite with balcony to sit in the sun.Excellent choices at breakfast buffet and staff filling things up as they get low and clearing tables efficiently.All in all a lucky find for our time in Funchal.

We stayed for 9 nights. The staff was friendly and helpful. The breakfast buffet was nice and the food was alright (what you would expect from a buffet). The room was more spacious than expected, we had a living space with a sofa separate from the bedroom. Cleanliness could have been better, the rooms were cleaned daily but the bed sheets weren't changed at all during our stay. (We also noticed stains on the bed sheets even though they were clean when we checked in). They have 2 pool, one only for adults which was nice. Water at the adult pool was very cold so we had to take a trip to the other one for a swim. The other pool is "heated" but expect the water to still be a bit cold. All in all I would recommend staying here. Would stay here again if I come back to Madeira.

Hadde en flott uke på hotellet. Fikk rom over parkering/ garasjen, mye smelling i bildører. Men oppgraderte til et rom høyere opp og ble veldig fornøyd. Stor balkong. Svært hyggelig renholdspersonale. Noe slitt på badet. Gode senger. Rikholdig frokostbuffet med mange alternativer, også glutenfritt.

Hotel staff were friendly, all areas were clean and had adequate amenities. Breakfast was very nice with good options. However hotel charges €2 per day for tea/coffee in the hotel room, which should be provided with the room

Hôtel bien situé, le personnel est bienveillant et à l'écoute. SPA , sauna et massage disponible. Le buffet au petit déjeuner est varié et de qualité. Je recommande cet hôtel pour un court séjour de 3 à 7 jours

Wir hatten einen angenehmen Aufenthalt. Das Essen war hauptsächlich an die englischen Gäste angepasst und qualitativ in Ordnung.

Zentrale Lage im Lido-Viertel, inmitten vieler Restaurants und Ausgehmöglichkeiten. Bushaltestellen (auch Aerobus, Hop on-hopp off und Yellow Bus) fast vor der Tür. Kleine Supermärkte sind fußläufig erreichbar. Das gesamte Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Auch die Aufbewahrung des Gepäcks für einige Stunden nach dem Auschecken war kein Problem. Reichhaltiges Frühstücksbüffet mit viel Obst, landestypischen Köstlichkeiten, aber auch warmen Speisen. Kostenfreies WLAN ohne Verbindungsabbrüche im gesamten Haus vorhanden. Zum Außenbereich gehören zwei Pools und ein top gepflegter Garten, der zum Verweilen einlädt. Vorbildliche tägliche Zimmerreinigung und eine große Suite mit Bad, Schlaf- und separatem Wohnzimmer sowie Balkon mit Blick auf's Meer und die Umgebung. Ich habe mich sehr wohl gefühlt und kehre gerne zurück!

Great hotel, fantastic rooms and facilities. My only quibble is that there seemed to only be one iron and board for the entire hotel, and there was no pool service at the pool. Apart from that, great place to stay.

Ai aimé l'accueil du personnel (24h/24), la propreté , la modernité (certes relative) de l'établissement. Ai regretté le début trop tardif du petit déjeuner.

Es ist ein Top Hotel um die Insel zu erkunden. Das Mietfahrzeug kann man direkt vor dem Hotel gratis parkieren. Parkplätze sind sonst schwierig zu finden. Das Hotel ist modern eingerichtet, das Frühstücksbuffet ist sehr reichhaltig. Die Zimmer sind sehr sauber, bequeme Betten und in der Nacht ist es sehr ruhig - man hört also keine Nachbarn. Das Wohnzimmer und der Balkon waren auch top. Es gibt zwei Swimmingpools mit schöner Gartenanlage. In der Nähe gibt es sehr viele Restaurants usw. und alles zu Fuss erreichbar. Meiner Meinung nach ist die Lage besser als im Zentrum von Funchal. Das Hotelpersonal ist sehr hilfreich bei Routenplanung usw. Weiter ist das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis sehr gut.

Schoon en vriendelijk personeel. Slecht bed en douchen in bad. Sfeerloze kamer. Ontbijt was goed.

The hotel was generally very clean and the staff welcoming and friendly. Breakfast was nice and the swimming pool areas were pleasant. The room was spacious, quiet and clean. The reception service was excellent! They could do with updating the games/gym/sauna amenities as these areas were dated.
