The staff were helpful and kind. The restaurant staff also made a great effort to help me out finding my lost item. The reason I want to visit Lisbon again is because I want to stay here. Comfortable and easy to get everywhere.

Die Unterkunft ist sehr gut und liegt direkt an einer Metrostation (Airport ohne Umsteigen)
Die Umgebung ist sehr gut.
Kleiner Nachteile - die Einflugschneise zu Airport ist sehr nah und deshalb gibt es vermehrt Fluggerräusche.

Very disappointed in the way this hotel dealt with my reservation. My husband was hospitalized with norovirus so we couldn’t make our reservation. They would not make an exception for a refund. In times of need, customers will always remember when a business exercised sympathy and courtesy. Unfortunately, this hotel showed it does not care for the well-being of its guests. I will advise my friends and family to avoid this place at all costs.

Esta estadia, nos havia sido recomenda. mas superou as expectativas!! Quarto limpo e impecavelmente bem decorado, garrafa de águem como cortesia todos os dias.
O Buffet de café da manha é muito variado e com atendimento exemplar dos staff. Vale demais a hospedagem.
A localização é espetacular, de fácil acesso de qualquer ponto da cidade e o entorno é charmosíssimo, próximo ao El Corte inglês e ao Museu Gulbenkian

Die Unterkunft war super, das Zimmer angenehm groß und sehr sauber und das Personal sehr freundlich. Das Frühstück war super. Die U-Bahn und Bus-Station war in unmittelbarer Nähe. Wir würden auf alle Fälle wiederkommen.
