Quiet neighborhood, close to restaurants, shopping and city center. Clean, well organized apartment with good A/C. We would come again!

Good location, close to the major streets but far enough that it's quiet at night. Check-in was easy and the room was very clean and spacious. Would recommend.

We traveled with our family. This property was perfect for our family of 5. Our children were comfortable, and the property was perfect for us. Charming property. The owner was very responsive.

Great property for family of 4 to explore the areas of Lisbon bustling with locals. Communication with property manager was great! The unit was large, clean and bright. Walkable, with hills, to many great sites to see, parks, shopping and restaurants/cafes. Would highly recommend.

Met and exceeded all expectations. Modern, clean, convenient. Perfect neighborhood: close to everything, yet very quiet and charming. The host is super responsive, yet completely unintrusive. One of the best, if not the best,apartment I have seen in years, and I travel a lot.

The property managers were slow in getting the check-in information to me (it was promised 48 hours in advance, but as of 5 hours before check-in, I still hadn't received any information, and I had to call Expedia to get the necessary details), but once I got this information and was able to check in to Lisbon10, the arrangements were excellent. Neighbourhood is vibrant and well-situated. Proximity to the Metro was a huge advantage, as it made travelling to and from the airport cheap and easy. Nice place. Large. Great amenities.

Spacious and airy apartment with nice furniture, kitchen and bathroom. Our apartment was ‘R/C’ (ground floor) with a very small enclosed terrace, which we found out when we arrived. We thought we had booked first or second floor with balcony, so be aware of the difference when booking. We had some questions about our stay beforehand, and contacted Lisbon10 by replying to the Hotels.com confirmation email and sms, but the reply was late and didn’t answer all our questions.

Abbiamo trascorso un weekend in questa struttura, eravamo in 7 e tutto è andato perfettamente. Posizione comoda sia per passeggiate che mezzi.

Location ,cleanliness, spaciousness and security .

The location can’t be beat and the ease of entering and leaving the apartment was fantastic. There are so many good places to grab a gelato, grab a bite to eat or just walk down into town in 15-20 minutes. There is a very convenient bus stop right around the corner as well.

The property is very spacious. Area is quiet and easy to get around. I felt safe staying here. There is also an elevator in thsi building so no need to worry about carrying your luggages up and down the stairs. Having said that, the unit was not left at its cleanest state. When we arrived, dirty dishes with food on them were still left in the dish washer. There were stains on the couch and hair on the ground (floor was like white so it was more noticeable.) We could not use the washer because it had moldy black gooey gunk inside the rubber ring and I tried to wipe it clean but couldnt get it all out.

Clearly very recently refurbished and everything new and high quality. Fully equipped for self catering. A bit of a climb to the metro but only 500m or so making it very easy to get to anywhere you want in the Lisbon area.

Great hotel in Lisbon location is very good it seems is newly renovated . I will recommended parking is in the same building extra charge of 15 euros a night convenient . Love this property .

Modernes schickes neues Appartement in einem renovierten Haus ihn einer kleinen Seitenstraße. Sehr gut ausgestattet und sehr sauber. Es gibt begrenzte Parkmöglichkeiten in der Tiefgarage, die man vorher reservieren sollte. In 20 min. Ist man zu Fuß am Time Out Market Lisboa. Es gibt aber gute öffentliche Verkehrsmittel in der Nähe, sowie Geschäfte und Restaurants.

A very new, modern room with basics. Fabulous shower!! Comfortable bed. Walkable location.
