住过最差的地方，电暖器都上锁，以限制温度，所以房间非常冷，更加可怕的是它们为了省电，半夜还会把电断了，夜里被冻醒两次！

The radiator is not warm enough,

Good price, nice staff and cleaning but the room is near reception, sometime is very noise and voice is too much. I will not consider next time.

The space of the room is bigger than our expectation. The receptionist is really hearted. Although we don't understand each other's language, she succeeded to tell me the nearest supermarket and other things. With private bathroom and good price, it's worth recommendation.

Walking distance to center of Porto. We were recommended to a nearby restaurant which we liked. The bed mattress is below average.

The property is clean. Internet is not functional in the rooms. You can hear everything from other rooms. The girls are very nice, with the exception of the night lady, she is rude and when people are making noise at 3 am she didn’t do anything.

Lugar muito bom! Bem localizado, os funcionários são incríveis, super educados! Poderia ter um fogão, uma sanduicheira, mas tudo bem! O resto, tudo perfeito!

Nice guest house and lovely hostess. Room was nice and cozy, but soundproof of the room was extremely poor.

サン・ベント駅やポルト大聖堂から近く、ツアーの集合場所からも徒歩10分程度と利便性が高いです。建物の一角に入口があるので最初は分かりにくいですが、24時間対応で係員がいるので安心です。

Talo on vanha, mutta remonttia on tehty. Huoneemme oli sisäpihan puolelle, mikä oli jyvä sillä liikenne ei kuulunut. Lattiat olivat todella vinot ja viettivät toiselle seinälle. Suihkuhuone oli iso ja vesikalusteet toimivat. Parvekkeemme oli lasitettu, mutta niitä ei saanut kunnolla kiinni ja myrskytuuli aukaisi yöllä monta kertaa parvekeovemme tuulen voimasta.

Very quiet great value for money 5 minutes to shops public transport

Le personnel fut très agréable durant notre séjour. Notre avion atterrissant le matin de bonne heure, nous avons pu ensuite sans souci déposer nos bagages avant 9h le matin et profiter de notre journée. Le jour de notre départ, nous avons également pu laisser nos bagages pour profiter pleinement de notre dernière journée dans le centre de Porto. Notre chambre donnant sur cour était situé dans un environnement calme, nous n'avons pas constaté de nuisances sonores venant de l'extérieur ou provenant de nos voisins de chambre. Le matelas n'était pas très confortable, on ressent un peu les ressorts. Mais nous avons malgré tout relativement bien dormi. L'hôtel est très bien situé dans le centre de Porto, sur la partie haute de la ville.

I recently stayed at the Luna Guest House and had an exceptional experience, largely thanks to the amazing staff. The location is incredibly convenient, with everything you need just a short walk away, including the train stations. This made navigating the city very easy.

Happy with my experience, it was really convenient area in a middle of Porto heart.

バターリャ広場に近くサンベント駅にも１０分程度で歩けるのでロケーションは良くコスパも良いので長期には適す。フロントは24時間対応だが英語が通じない時間帯もある。建物は古いが内部はリニューアル済で部屋は問題無くパティオも快適で使いかっても悪くない。但し部屋にポット、レンジやドライヤー等の備品は無いので持参または共用部分に出向く必要あり。にエレベーターが無いでスーツケースの持込は大変。
