I liked this hotell. The rooms are a bit worn, but of high standard. The pool and Jacuzzi is amazing as well as the view from the rooftop. The gym works, but could use some heavier dumbells and one more bench. The breakfast was as expected for an hotel of this price category. The room was clean and the beds were comfy. I got turned away when trying to order drinks on the room at the bar. The hotel expects you to carry your wallet with you. That did not feel Lux. Bathrobes were missing when we arrived. We had to call two times before we got them. Otherwise the staff was friendly.

Personal super freundlich, Frühstück gut und reichlich.Was mich gestört hat war die Dusche etwas verschimmelt ansonsten die Zimmer immer top sauber, wenn Abends nach dem langen Ausflug wieder zurück auf Zimmer kamen. Vielen Dank für die schönen Tage….

Wonderful place! And the pool felt like BATH WATER!!! I read people saying it was a cold pool, not cold! Breakfast was awesome every morning, beautiful presentation and lots of options. Of course, there was some areas of wear and tear, but overall, very clean and well taken care of, modern!

Lovely hotel next to the park in a quiet, walkable area. Housekeeping kept the room tidy each day, and the balcony offered fresh air and a nice spot for remote work. Safe and peaceful location, perfect if you prefer a noise-free stay.

The room was awful. It smelled terrible, was dirty with stains all over the floor, and there was no hot water. The bedding and furniture didn’t feel clean, and the overall condition of the room made it very uncomfortable to stay in. We reported the problem to the receptionist, but nothing was done to fix it. Overall, it was a very unpleasant experience.”

Ce que j’ai aimé : Bon buffet pour le petit déjeuner, la literie est confortable Ce que j’ai moins apprécié: le bruit des avions, on ne peut pas profiter de la terrasse et le fait que l’hôtel est situé un peu loin du centre-ville

Beautiful hotel and lovely staff. Would definitely recommend. Close enough to everything without being in the middle of everything. Takes about 25 mins to walk downhill into the centre of Lisbon.

Great rooms, very nice pool, breakfast buffet was very good.

Small but nice roof terrace with comfortable sunbeds and chairs. A pool and a hot tub. The roof top bar has food and drinks. Overall very nice. Staff very friendly and nice.

Honestly, this hotel would not be a 4 star! We were in room 411 and The shower area was mouldy. The seating area on the roof top was stained.

Small rooms which made it hard to have privacy. Roof top restaurant was great and server was very nice. Food was delicious.
