Great location next to tram 28 and metro station green line, but a bit of hilly road to get there. Lift is a bit old and I got trapped in the lift one day. Room and bathroom are spacious and kitchen is available.

I want a refund. This places was terrible. There is no staff to help you in and find your room. My friend and I were let into the building by a guy with a key from the next door store and put in an elevator with no directions. The building was very dark and old. We were very scared during this experience and immediately booked a real hotel down the road.

Totally acceptable. The check in not being untill 4pm was a little annoying but it was properly advertised so I can't complain too much. The outside building doesn't leave much to admire, but the room was relatively clean, bed was pretty comfy and the AC worked great. Perfectly fine place to stay with a decent location and a great price. Would recommend overall.

Our flight was delayed and we tried to communicate with the hotel several times with no response from them. I sent at least 3 differents messages 72hours before to ask questions and then to communicate our flight problems but no response. It added an unnecessary stress to our trip. Room was ok, but walls and terrace were a little bit dirty. We had access to a kitchen but it was the bare minimum. We searched for mug to have our coffee but there was none. Other guests took the only mug to their room but one mug for several rooms that are sharing one kitchen is obviously not enough... On the plus side : Cheap and next to Metro station.

For travellers on a budget just looking for a place to sleep, this is a great option if you don’t care about minor cosmetic defects (scuffed paint, older building etc). It was a clean room with a comfortable bed and good air conditioning. Not advised for travellers with mobility issues however as the elevator wasn’t always working. There is some noise heard from other units, but that is not unexpected in a hostel type of accommodation. My main concern was that the guesthouse was not reachable in advance to answer questions by phone or email, and did not open the front door when I buzzed. I had to get let into the building by another guest, but once I got into the building they were friendly and the check in was easy.

The room was clean and comfortable. It was great to have access to kettle and microwave. There were cups, plates etc to use. The check in was confusing. No instructions sent on how to get in through the main door. Main door was locked. Reception on 3rd floor so they had no idea we were there trying to access the property. Got in because one of the tenants came out through the front door and let us in. Was a bit stressful

Horrível! Não nos atenderam! Chegamos a guesthouse e não havia lá ninguém! Ficamos sem Sítio para dormir!

Not a very good experience. No amenities. No soap or shampoo. No glasses in room. AC did not work. No towel service and no garbage pickup.. 4 day stay. The room we had the shower would overflow! Area was noisy! Constant traffic. Sirens. Baby’s crying… doors banging. No lights in stairwells… very dangerous ! And the elevator was rickety! Avoid using for fear of getting stuck! Very negative unappealing stay.. do not recommend.. Avoid!

Superou minhas expectativas, muito comentários criticavam a limpeza, no entanto estava ótima, wc, quarto e cozinha bem organizados, nos proporcionou uma boa economia se alimentando na hospedagem.

Guesthouse bem localizada e com ótimo custo benefício, mas o bairro em sí e os vizinhos são um pouco barrulhentos até a meia noite e o isolamento acústico do prédio também é ruim. Cozinha compartilhada funcional, microondas, geladeira, água quente, etc. Roupas de cama limpas, quarto bem arejado com sacada!

I like have a private bath, air conditioner, and very confortable and clean beds.

Struttura un po' vecchia ma tenuto bene, abbiamo dimenticato una giacca di uomo nel attaccapanni e non no hanno dato in dietro, dispiacere

The door was open by 3 but the building is very uninviting, dingy small elevator that looks like it has never been washed. The room was ok but no frills not even a glass in the bathroom. There was a kitchen that we did not use other than for a glass and a spoon. The room was right beside the office so noise from there and lots of street noise. The day we arrived it was hot and our room was very hot that night for sleeping. They said they had called to have it fixed. A disappointing stay. The staff seemed friendly enough and did help get the tv going.

Le point positif de l’appartement est sa localisation.il est situé à 200 mètres de la station du métro. Cela permet de se rendre dans les quartiers principaux en quelques minutes. Nous sommes dans un quartier pavillonnaire vécu une forte communauté Bangladesh,indienne et nepalaise. Il y’a pour info un supermarché Lidl à 100 mètres. A part cela,l’appartement est situé dans un vieil immeuble. La société possède plusieurs appartement dans cet immeuble. Lors de notre arrivée, nous avons attendu au Minimum 30 min pour le Check in. La sonnette ne fonctionnait pas. Nous avons profité de la sortie d’un occupant pour rentrer dans l’immeuble. Arrivée au 3 eme etage, toujours pas de nouvelles du proprio. J’ai dû taper fort sur la porte pour qu’il ouvre enfin la Porte. Accueil simpliste. Il nous demande les passeports, grifonne quelques données sur un papier et nous demande de payer les taxes de séjour puis nous Remet les clefs. Nous étions au 2 eme etage. L’appartement n’est pas propre. Le ménage n’est pas fait. Les murs doivent être rafraîchis. Heureusement qu’il y’avait la télé et un mini frigo.il y’a 4 chambres au sein de l’appartement avec une cuisine Commune que nous N’avons pas essayé car elle n’était pas propre et il manquait l’essentiel ( pas d’assiettes, verre en plastiques et quelques couvert). Avions réservé pour 4 nuits. Je conseille aux familles de réserver ailleurs même si le budget sera plus élevé.

O prédio e elevador do hotel são mais velhos. Mas o quarto era bom, tinha espaço e estava tudo limpo para nos receber! Porém, acho que o banheiro poderia ser mais adaptado e atualizado. A experiência com o check in foi frustrante, pois eu precisava chegar pela manhã na cidade, não conseguiram me receber mais cedo e o check in era só 16h, tivemos que deixar as malas no aeroporto, foi um transtorno e gasto a mais.

O elevador não comporta malas, eu estava no terceiro andar e foi cansativo subir com bagagem, de resto foi tudo bem.

The room was adequate for what we paid for. Our concern was the confusion in entering the suite. We buzzed and the door opened but then we had no idea as to where to go next. Better communication and directions would have helped so much.

La propiedad está bien cerca del Centro , era bastante limpia, pero la habitación no estuvo lista hasta las 4 pm
