Our experience at this hotel was amazing. The location and amenities were impressive. The staff, especially Susana, went above and beyond with the level of service offered and made this our most memorable stay. I would recommend this hotel without hesitation.

We loved everything about this hotel. The room was very comfortable. Staff was very friendly and met all our needs and requests.

This is a beautiful boutique hotel in the historical area of Porto. Very good location for seeing all the wonderful sights. Wonderful restaurants close by. Very peaceful in the mornings watching the sun rise over the buildings from the balcony. Staff couldn't do anymore for you. Very accommodating. Felt very safe in this hotel. Breakfast was tasty and coffee was lovely. We'd love to return!

Absolutely beautiful hotel, dating to the mid 16th century, retaining many original features. Attention to detail was exacting. Susanna and the team could not have been more attentive. Great location for the water front and centre of Porto.

Most wonderful place tot stay in, a real Palacio in the heart of Porto. Decorated with such An eye for detail, it almost could be a museum. But it is also the gracious reception and personal touched by the host that made our stay memorabele. A chocolate on the bedside table, slippers next to the bed when you come in for the night... Lovely breakfast, made to order. And all this for An incredible price. Only tip: park your car and take taxi to the address - it is in a restricted area. We said that if we ever come back to Porto, we will choose this hotel, and we meant it.

This is an amazing hotel in the bustling heart of historic Porto. The hotel is modern and exquisitely furnished. The service was excellent. The location is perfect with easy access to everything but once you are in the hotel, you are enveloped in complete silence. I recommend this property to anyone looking for a great hotel in Porto. You will not be disappointed.

Had an amazing 8 nights at this lovely hotel. Great central position to access lots of restaurants, bars etc and staff very helpful and friendly.

ロケーションが良かったです。どこに行くにも歩いて行けました。スタッフのサービスも親切でツアーやレストランなどの予約も嫌な顔せず 完璧に行ってくれました。ただホテルに帰って来たときインターフォンでスタッフを呼ぶのが 少し不便でした。

I’m not one to leave reviews typically but Marco and the staff here were absolutely incredible. Our stay was short but they went above and beyond to make sure it was the best experience. Highly recommend.
