阿凯杜托酒店

飯店的位置很好，又有一個大的地下停車場，這在Evora老城區是非常難得的。飯店是5星等級，但房間和reception的服務卻不怎麼樣，尤其是reception的櫃臺人員，請教他走道上的咖啡機怎麼使用，他站在reception，邊回答身體晃來晃去，一直説房間也有咖啡機！撇開這個，餐廳的服務和餐點品質是受肯定的，Deaust’AR是米其林推薦餐廳，是的，它所有的一切值得這樣的推崇。

Could have been really good, but food isn’t five stars.

Good location to the Aquaduct and Within walking distance to everything in town. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast being included was a nice bonus!!

The staff at the front desk (Marta and Miguel) were helpful, friendly, and professional. We enjoy the hotel and the quality of service.

Super well located and of very nice design, the property comes to a very high level with the superb service provided. All the staff is extremely friendly, proactive and knowledgeable.

Convenient location and friendly staff

Es un hotel tranquilo y elegante, muy bien ubicado y con el personal muy amable tanto en recepción como en el comedor. El desayuno, justito. Sin embargo, se cena muy bien en su restaurante, ambiente íntimo y todo muy bueno.

We just stayed one day/Evening and this hotel was the best one of all. It is roomy, Modern and easy to find. However, the parking is very difficult so we had to pull up to the front door and the valet not only took our luggage but parked our car. Excellent service. They also have a great pool outside and inside.

Lovely hotel and the suite worked well for our family of 4. Indoor pool was a big hit with our kids. Staff was friendly, breakfast was great and location was perfect! Great stay all around!

This is a beautiful and first-rate hotel. I'm baffled by reviews here complaining of poor maintenance, as we found everything in perfect repair and spotlessly clean. Our room was wonderful. My only disappointment was that the jacuzzi wasn't hot enough to really be therapeutic. The steam room was a great amenity. The breakfast buffet was extensive, e.g., 7 different kinds of good Potugese cheeses, and we thought our dinner in the restaurant was quite good. If the price fits your budget, this is a great choice in Évora.

Foi bom mas penso que para 5 estrelas devem ir melhorando a manutenção e arranjando os quartos. A banheira do nosso escoava muito mal, tomamos banho de banheira e a água não descia….demorou horas a escoar. Quando chegamos ainda estava o chão molhado com lixívia (o que é bom sinal mas No entanto nós nem chegamos cedo para ainda estar molhado) deviam ter lavado antes para secar. Tinha algumas partes de tinta a saltar nas paredes do hotel e algumas coisas com ferrugem. Mas de resto tudo impecável. Pessoal simpático. Pequeno almoço com muita variedade!

Beautiful property with amazing spa facilities. One of the best buffet breakfasts I have enjoyed. Very clean and spacious bedrooms with balconies. Great view of Roman structures. Bed could have been more comfortable, but that was the only thing I would have changed. Great overall.

Property was perfect! Loved the location and the pool was a wonderful oasis on a very hot day in Evora! Rooms were spacious and clean. Staff could not be more friendly & helpful. Restaurant and Bar on the premises were both lovely. Will definitely book again!

We arrived before check in and left our bags with very specific instructions that 1 backpack had 2 open wine bottles, it was fragile and needed to stay upright. Miguel the bellman said, "All i need to know is its fragile!" 2 hours later we returned to check in and upon entering our room we see the bag is laid down and wine is not only soaking everything in the bag (jewelery, makeup, toiletries, it spilled and over the desk and floor. Took us multiple trips to the front desk to get properly cleaned in the room. No similar room available to move us too. Spent hours cleaning up the mess. Hotel manager on our 2nd day said, "my staff tells me he left the bag upright, so all I will offer you is 1 bottle of wine up to 25 euro from our bar". So be warned they take zero responsibility if anything happens during your stay. ALSO note not a 5 star hotel- very dated and bed was extremely soft and uncomfortable, only 1 pillow, bathroom counter veneer was bubbling up , many staff seemed very unhappy to the point of rude. The bartender was friendly and nice, and Stephan the bellman seemed nice. We had garden view, and the view was lovely, watched pigeons bathing in the swimming pool constantly. Worst hotel we stayed at in Portugal.
