酒店房空間少，廁所渠有異味，換了房間也有些少味！

The room is quite clean. The reception staff were friendly. The small disadvantage is that it is not easy to call a Uber, so you must prepare more time in advance.

Excellent breakfast. Friendly lady on reception. Central position near metro. Room clean on arrival but no housekeeping of room over the 2 nights there so after long day out returned to room to find no toilet paper, shower/bath replenishment, no fresh towels. Called numbers given in room for assistance. No reply at any point then or within next 12 hours so in emergency what would happen. Went back down to reception for toilet paper. Never encountered that in any hotel visited in Europe/America/Africa/Canada/Mexico//Cuba. Disappointing.

Lovely affordable option, great location, close to metro and great restaurants, nice and quiet and wonderful staff.

For the price, this place was everything we needed. The staff were the best part of it all. Will stay here again if back in Lisbon!

Zimmer sauber, Bad modern und eine super Dusche

We usually rent apartments when on holiday but needed a hotel room just for the night before we flew out. The location was great - close to the airport and some cute shops and restaurants within walking distance.

Okay would be word I’d you use to describe all aspects. I was in 508, it was a little tight and most annoying part was a nasty smell buildup overnight in the bathroom. Telling the front desk manager only for them to respond with welcome to Lisbon, that was clearly unacceptable only to be fobbed off by saying they would ask housecleaning to pay extra attention, changed nothing. A simple air freshener would have gone a long way. The breakfast was good, staff were helpful and chirpy, no fridge, no amenities in room, only a in-house refillable bottle of water.

Shower needs renovation--big spots of dark mold along shower floor and walls

Et fint mindre hotel. Venligt personale. Et ok rum, men ikke stort. Badeværelset var meget småt. Rengøringen var mindre god, ikke særlig grundig. Men vi ku leve med det. Morgenmaden var et mindre udvalg, men fungerede. Fitnessrummet var fint og rent, fungerede godt. Beliggenhed var lokalt, mange gode spisesteder og masser af supermarkeder omkring. Ku gå til centrum på 20 min. Metro 10 min. gå afstand.

Superdejligt hotel, rent, nyistandsat, store værdlser med balkon og god morgenmad.

Funcionários educados. Auxiliaram sempre que foi necessário. A estrutura no geral poderia ser melhor, como por ex ter um frigobar no quarto - não sei se é uma cultura local não ter -, além disso, o blackout não é eficaz, e não tem nenhuma variedade no café da manhã, tanto que nem fui tomar café por duas manhãs, era sempre pouca opção e sempre a mesma coisa. O que mais deixou a desejar foi o café da manhã, com toda certeza! No geral, nota 7.

Hotel com excelente atendimento, quartos modernos, cama confortável, ducha excelente e limpeza diaria. Café da manhã dentro do esperado. Bairro tranquilo e seguro. Super recomendo. Localizaçao não é muito proxima dos locais de visitação, mas tem metro e Uber é muito barato.

Hotel muito aconchegante. A equipe de atendimento é muito prestativa, além da boa localização do hotel. O pequeno almoço é muito bom. O hotel ainda dispõe de chá, café a vontade para os hóspedes.
