4 star hotel has no iron to use. No smart TV. I called for laundry they took one small bag of laundry and they charged me 179 euro. It’s disgusting and rip off. I never had an experience like that before.

L’air climatisé ne fonctionnait pas du tout dès le départ. Il faisait très chaud. Ils ont été lents à venir et lorsque la personne de maintenance est venue, elle n’a pas pris ça au serieux et a dit qu’elle reviendrait plus tard. Elle a ensuite dit à la réception que tout était beau . La réception m’a téléphoné pour me dire que c’était ok, mais ça ne l’était pas du tout. J’ai donc dû aller me plaindre et heureusement Jorge à la réception m’a trouvé une nouvelle chambre où l’air climatisé fonctionnait bien. Mais j’ai pas aimé la mauvaise attitude de la personne de maintenance. De plus , j’ai trouvé la douche un peu cheap et le déjeuner ordinaire. La place de déjeuner est très petite. Les lits étaient confortables et le jardin à l’arrière de l’hôtel est agréable.

Like many streets in Porto and back home, so many people are homeless, but this is a social problem, not a hotel issue. The hotel is within walking distance of the attractions, grocery stores and many restaurants.

The Hotel ist located near to the center, several streets, cafés, bars can be reached by a just 10-15min foot walk. The staff is very friendly. Breakfast and offers for dinner are very delicious.

Lovely stay at this hotel. Perfect location for exploring the city. Good breakfast. Quiet room. Friendly and helpful staff.

New hotel next to Downtown Porto

Spacious and nice room, good quality beds. The bathroom had some water damage and leaks that should have been repaired. In addition, the air conditioning was poorly cleaned and had little effect. The location is good, and it was quiet at night. The staff were efficient and communicative, but not very friendly or welcoming.

Check in tadellos war auch früher möglich, Frühstück gut aber etwas eintönig wenn man 8 Tage übernachtet gibt es nur minimale Abwechslung bei Gebäck. Pool ist für uns kein Pool da nur 70 Zentimeter tief haben niemand gesehen der diesen nutzt auch wir nicht . Waren mal etwas zum entspannen am Pool sonst nicht.

The hotel is conveniently located near many attractions and restaurants. The staff were friendly and helpful. We enjoyed our 5-nights stay.

The hotel was chosen based on its location and the fact that it had its own parking lot. They were attentive in responding to messages sent and information provided at check-in. The room made good use of space, without compromising comfort, with a good quality bed and pillows. The bathroom had a good shower and was clean. Breakfast included a variety of fruit, pastries, breads and cold cuts, in addition to the basics.

Fantastic stay! The rooftop pool was awesome; room service fabulous, and the staff were so so nice! Can’t wait to return
