Excellent location. Beautful views. Great breakfast. Wonderful staff, very helpful and accomodating. Wonderful spa. You have to book in advance. I would suggest that they open more hours to accomodate everyone. Highly recommend. Compared to other hotels we stayed in while travelling in Portugal, it was a little higher. I would still stay there again.

Wir hatten einen schönen Aufenthalt. Das Frühstück war hervorragend:) Angrnehmes Personal. Das Hotel ist leider an ziemlich befahrener Strasse, so dass schlafen mit offenem Fenster zum Ozean nicht möglich ist, selbst bei geschlossenen Fenstern hat man eine ziemliche Geräuschkulisse. Ich hatte eine Zimmerupgrade-Option. Diese wurde leider nicht berücksichtigt. Die Aufenthalt war Anfang Mai, der Schwimmpool indoor war zu klein und draußen zu kalt. Alles in ganzem - gutes Hotel, jedoch sollte für den hohen Preis mehr drin sein.

Nice hotel just off of the main road. Located across from where boats dock and cruise ships come into harbor. About a 15 minute walk to the town center. Convenient if you are seeing the island by a car. Self parking available and very convenient. Great breakfast. Go early for a window seat. Great bar on the 7th floor with views of the ocean. I skipped the spa as there is a capacity limit and they suggest you make a reservation. Hotel staff is pleasant and helpful. Room was nice. Comfy bed. Room darkening shades. My only negative: the walls are a little too thin. Able to hear noises pretty easily. Otherwise a nice stay.

Perfect hotel. Staff goes above and beyond to make our stay perfect. We love the hotel. Extremely clean. Walking distance to everything. Great breakfast selection. Free snacks and beverages. Never seen anything like this in Europe. The kids love the cookies. Will definitely stay there again.

The view was spectacular. The service was above and beyond including daily spa access. Great breakfast! My personal experience was that the mirrored surfaces were disorienting at times. But the room was beautiful! We felt very comfortable. And we used the very quiet gym every day of our visit.

The lobby area staff were so warm and welcoming. Overall everyone was kind other than one gentleman at the breakfast buffet on the day of our arrival. He was pretty rude to us but he was the only one and we never saw him again after that which was a plus. Breakfast buffet had a great selection everyday. We ate dinner at Terra one evening and it was excellent as well, the duck rice dish was amazing. The rooms are beautiful and spacious with wonderful views. The rooftop bar is a must visit as well. We never did get to check out the spa but will on our next visit. Thank you for a wonderful stay!
