Nicole, Aidlia, Nathalia, Rodrigo, Miguel displayed passion i envied. There was nothing too much to ask. The same for the breakfast show kitchen Chef with the goatie beard navigating the demands for all sort of fancy egg diahes. I am particularly amazed by his attention to detail and multi tasking skills. Well trained i thought! That required focus, and a great amount of love for the job. The passion for their job was evident. For their island! We love that! The hotel is a beautiful wonder. The architecture wows, our views abver the ocean from the bed and thenlittle telescope was sweet. The views, the staff, every single one we encountered. Names I remember are above, but the cleanera with whom we only once smiled with who kept our room tip top, Beautiful property, full of character and charm with an excellent spread for breakfast. The 10mins drive to the airport was smooth. Highly recommended. We would like to return.

Staff was very nice. Wife and I traveled with 2 teenage kids and the suite with 2 roll aways was the best way for us to stay (kids choice bunks only for kids up to 10). The hotel is walking distance from lots of restaurants and shops. P Delgada is convenient to highway if you want to go East or West for activities.

The rooms were nice and clean. The restaurant food was great, especially the breakfast buffet and the fresh inlets, but the wait staff was not equally as good. They seemed bothered by any request. The pool was not usable. It was dirty with dead bugs floating on the surface. We didn’t see a single person in the pool during our entire visit. The location was close enough to town but we would stay somewhere else if we came back. There are a bunch of boutique hotels outside of town with beautiful ocean views that we would look into next time.

Excelente hotel, com localização privilegiada para explorar Ponta Delgada e a ilha de São Miguel. Rooms are clean and spacious enough. The staff is super friendly and helpful they were all so awesome with the kids. Staff is very attentive and if you have any issues they do their best to have it taken care of right away. Location is very convenient to everything g walking distance to town restaurants and drives are also pretty central to both ends of the island. Overall had a perfect stay and look forward to coming back!

The hotel was in an excellent location, with a stunning view of the sea. The rooms were tidy and clean, and especially the staff was friendly and eager to help with any request. At breakfast, there was everything you need in the restaurant that faces the sea. In summary, an excellent hotel that is definitely recommended.

Wir hatten einen schönen Aufenthalt. Das Frühstück war hervorragend:) Angrnehmes Personal. Das Hotel ist leider an ziemlich befahrener Strasse, so dass schlafen mit offenem Fenster zum Ozean nicht möglich ist, selbst bei geschlossenen Fenstern hat man eine ziemliche Geräuschkulisse. Ich hatte eine Zimmerupgrade-Option. Diese wurde leider nicht berücksichtigt. Die Aufenthalt war Anfang Mai, der Schwimmpool indoor war zu klein und draußen zu kalt. Alles in ganzem - gutes Hotel, jedoch sollte für den hohen Preis mehr drin sein.

Nice hotel just off of the main road. Located across from where boats dock and cruise ships come into harbor. About a 15 minute walk to the town center. Convenient if you are seeing the island by a car. Self parking available and very convenient. Great breakfast. Go early for a window seat. Great bar on the 7th floor with views of the ocean. I skipped the spa as there is a capacity limit and they suggest you make a reservation. Hotel staff is pleasant and helpful. Room was nice. Comfy bed. Room darkening shades. My only negative: the walls are a little too thin. Able to hear noises pretty easily. Otherwise a nice stay.
