1.五星級酒店，設備、環境和服務都還不錯，唯獨網路在房間不是太穩定是缺點。 2.白天大廳有一位阿姨非常非常客氣，所有其他的服務人員都非常客氣，很棒！！ 3.酒店旁邊的賭場是敗筆，服務人員態度非常差，而且對於整個景色是一個很難看的所在。

I commend you on the inviting atmosphere and thoughtful layout of the lobby and floors, with comfortable seating enhancing the overall experience. However, I faced some inconveniences during my stay. The lack of an iron and ironing board was inconvenient, as I was informed that this was due to fire hazard policies. While I understand safety regulations, I believe these amenities would improve guest satisfaction. Additionally, clean towels were not provided during housekeeping, and one of the washcloths I used was not replaced. My daughter’s washcloth was left hanging by the bathtub. Having replacements available would ensure guests have what they need. The complimentary breakfast was limited, with the potatoes never served warm or hot. It's important to ensure that meals are enjoyable for guests. Lastly, I attempted multiple times to book spa services but found the spa unattended, with no indication of when someone would be available. Thank you for considering my feedback.

Lovely pool and grounds very convenient for walking to the old town.

Rooms and site were clean. Parking at casino is $12€ per day and no in and out privileges. Cleaning staff came in and cleaned our room on day 3 even though we had do not disturb sign up. Blow dryer in our room broke. We called 4 times, went to the front desk and it was never fixed. Eventually on day 3 they brought us a plug in one. Beautiful spot… staff service leaves something to be desired.

Very nice personal and service. Free drinks, towels and other stuff. Big Hotel with a lot of stuff like small football and basketball court, tidy beautiful rooms with very beautiful views. A lot of good restaurants around and the Promenade is like 10min Walk. Just one small complain, the ping pong balls and the football table were not in a good condition but that is almost irrelevant. All in all 5 stars very good stay.

Only location nice, otherwise to start from staff they dont have any customer service here is the incident i asked for extend the checkout till 1.30 pm only o e hour and half the response from front desk exactly she said, no you have to checkout at 12 room already given to another guest, this is totally not acceptable behaviour. Very limited breakfast, with no taste, and extremely old hotel

Il n'y a pas de service pressing , juste une salle avec table a repasser à disposition....Pas de machines à laver. Le service restaurant est cher pour 1 buffet 35€/pers, sans boisson. Et 45€ ,si animation.

Ok, the gym at this hotel is a bit small for a 5 star hotel of this size and, some details are coming near when they need to be polished up a bit. However : All three pool areas are in top condition. And the breakfast is really good, both service, food quality and the restaurants design and location. ( Think brutalism at its best.) Very friendly staff and excellent service plus cool design ( Partly by Oscar Niemeyer ) Over all this is a little pearl in Funchal and I hope that Pestana group will take good care of it.

Very central

Lage ist zentral, Meerblick, zentral am Hafen, schöne Parkanlage, sehr grosse Zimmer, grosse Frühstücksauswahl, Zimmerreinigung ist super. Saunabereich wäre zu modernisieren, Nutzer verwenden leider kaum Handtücher, was zu Schäden in der Sauna führt (Holz). Hier könnte ein Mitarbeiter die Nutzer direkt ansprechen. Zimmer sind etwas hellhörig. Rezeption ist 24/7 h besetzt. Info über kommende Ereignisse in Madeira wurden leider nicht mitgeteilt. Bei der Anreise fand das Atlanticfest mit Feuerwerk statt, seitens Hotel wäre die Sicht ideal auf das Feuerwerk gewesen. Im Hotel keine Flyer und keine Infos zum Event. Per Zufall on der Stadt haben wir davon erfahren. Rooftopbar Öffnungszeiten 10 bis 18h, etwas kurz. Der Blick ist herrlich. Erst ab 12h gab es fie Möglichkrit Getränke zu bestellen. Liegen waren nicht vorbereitet, dies kann bei Öffnung von den Gästen erwartet werden. Gesamtfazit: ich würde noch mal dort übernachten.

Overall, the hotel wasn’t a 5 star hotel experience by any stretch. Parking in the hotel isn’t convenient and isn’t included. For a five star hotel I would expect this to be included. The showers are ridiculously small, there are no hooks to hang your towels and the dinner buffet wasn’t great. I would rate this hotel a 3 to 4 star. The only good thing is its convenient location and breakfast. The staff were friendly at least. I would also expect more fun activities that wouldn’t include a 8 euro charge for an hour game of pool. Overall, I would not recommend it if you are expecting a 5 star experience.
