鄰近火車站交通方便，但因目前車站附近有工程進行，應該會持續數個月，乾淨，安全，舒適，方便。整體員工友善，早餐很不錯，到各個景點都很方便。窗戶隔音可以再加強些，可以感應到風切聲，風大的時候。

個view好正，好有古堡風味….

Due to metro construction, access to the hotel either via taxi or bolt/uber was a little hazzle. Other than that, the location of the hotel was really convenient for those who wants to walk to downtown shopping and excellent restaurants areas. Hotel staff was really friendly and as helpful as possible. English speakers will have no issue to communicate with them. Room decor was beautiful but our room was in the corner, so accessing to the bathroom from one side of the bed may seem really awkard, especially when you wake up in the middle of the night. Else, the room was really nice. Breakfast was great in my opinion. I highly recommend this hotel.

Lovely hotel. Really nice staff. Lots of breakfast options. Rooms were large, clean and lovely. Bar closes early 11pm - not an issue but good to know.

Great location, staff and room!

Staff are very friendly and helpful. Hotel is well maintained.

Stayed for 4 nights. Only downside was the noise from overnight work (a crane being setup) next to the hotel one night. Porto has a lot of work being done in preparation for another metro line more bridges and general renovation. Staff, room, facilities and breakfast were excellent

Superb hotel in central Porto. Well situated for everything downtown, Sao Bento station and transfer over to Gaia. The exceptional service we received from the team made our 2 night stay a home from home. Nothing too much trouble - from the front desk to servers in the restaurant and the housekeeping team. The little details were very much appreciated - upon early check in, a call from Luis to say our room was ready, spakling wine and cake for my husband's birthday, extra milk delivered to our room for making tea and coffee. Breakfast in the restaurant included a wonderful selection and was high quality. All the staff we met were friendly and professional and motivated to make our stay as pleasant as possible. Special shout out to Rita Teixera and Diogo for their leadership and great organisation. And we must mention the front desk team for their kindness, always ready with a smile and a recommendation in Porto - Inês, Alex, Luis and Catarina you are doing a phenomenal job. We were sad to have just 3 days in Porto and only 2 nights at your beautiful hotel. The history and characternof rhe hotel are special, but thenpeople who work here make it feel like home. We look forward to our future return to Porto and to another stay at Pestana Porto A Brasiliera.

Breakfast was a highlight, keep that up! Beds are on the firmer side.

Great location for walking around Porto. Breakfast had good variety and tasty. Wait staff was friendly, especially Ana. Luis, at front desk, had great suggestions, and made us several reservations. He made our time well spent!
