Nice hotel to go for family.

Spacious apartment, comfortable bed, two showers. Very large complex, our room was 7 mins walk away from breakfast and golf . Lovely staff. Lots to do onsite across golf, pools, crazy golf, gym, padel, tennis. Breakfast was very good and didn’t have to wait for tables or food. Beach is 7 mins walk down with elevator, deck chairs provided. Lovely setting for bar over the ocean. Outdoor pools are not heated. Activities and food onsite were not cheap. Can be windy .

Always a lovely stay at the Garden Suites. We love Pine Cliffs which is why we keep returning.

Overall it was just okay. The reception crew kept looking down when I was lining up to check in and had to wait for a while. The whole resort smelled like mold. Maybe they need a deep clean? The breakfast was very busy. The spa was fully booked so I could get a massage. The room was smaller than expected. They only provide minimum. Our room came with a laundry machine but they only provided detergent for the first day. We were there for 5 days. They expect us to purchase a big container at the store for a short stay. At other resorts they usually provide enough detergents. The restaurants were fully booked everyday so we had to eat at the main cafe a lot. It was expensive for what it was.

The resort was beautiful and clean. There were multiple pools that never felt too busy and felt very safe with little ones. The apartment was perfect for a family of 6 and was very well equipped. The food on site was on the expensive side, but very very good quality and taste. We would visit again!

The apartment was fantastic - spacious and comfortable and kitchen has everything you need for self catering if you choose to cook. Resort facilities are superb and the whole site has a relaxed and welcoming feel.

The resort was absolutely beautiful. Room was great. Very clean and just as advertised. The only disappointment was that they advertise twelve restaurants but half of them were closed the week we were there.

The garden suites were really spacious and well equipped - very comfortable to stay in

The room, although beautiful, had issues constantly. There was water that leaked out underneath the sink every day ..I believe from the washing machine. The sink in the one bathroom was plugged when we got there. The bidets in both bathrooms leaked water all over the floor. When you showered, you could not help it...thewater went under the door and all over the floor. Unfortunately, all but three restaurants were closed while we were there. Even the sunset champagne patio bar was closed, even when it was nice out.

Lovely resort

Great place with kids, amazing access to the beach. Great amenities, several pools, games arcade, playground and other activities daily. Staff were all lovely and helpful. The outdoor pool wasn’t very clean. The restaurants are all on the pricey side which isn’t ideal with kids but we found some good options outside the resort fairly close by. Hats were mandatory for the indoor pool, would’ve been handy to know that ahead of our visit so we could’ve taken ours. We enjoyed our stay and would visit again

Went in week 42 - could Pick any pool and had space with sunbeds to 6 people Excellent restaurants

We had a 2 bedroom garden suite looking out onto the pool area. It was at the exit beside the restaurant Peri-Peri which is part of Pune Cliff and it was just across the road to the supermarket if you needed to buy anything. We were self catering but every day the cleaner came and replaced tea towel, towels, tea bags, dishwasher tablets, cleaning clothes- it was amazing they also washed any dishes and put the remainder in the dishwasher and put it on. The only thing I had to do was take the dishes out of the dishwasher and put away. The room also had a complimentary water filter which had different settings, complimentary bedroom slippers and there was bathrobes. When you check in at the hotel reception you get your room key and towel key cards so you get a towel at the pools when you give your card and when you give the towel back you get your towel card back. You have to pay a facility fee for every night you are there which you only pay when you leave and the tourist tax for every night you are there.you can use any one of 8 pools and you can use 3 gyms one of which offers classes which you pay extra for. There is an adventure park with zip line and mini golf and the hotel has its own beach with a lift down to a boardwalk to the beach and big shout out to Zest restaurant for very refreshing snacks in the beautiful sunshine not to mention the hairdresser and the spa.we were there Sept- Oct 2025 and it was beautiful sunshine every day unlike Northern Ireland.

What a beautiful resort. Spacious and modern, friendly staff and a great choice of activities, restaurants and bars. A true 5 star experience with the best views and beach. Can't wait to come back soon - this place is a hidden gem!
