Very close to our Emerald cruise

Awful service. We arrived at 5PM and the host didn’t let us in until 6PM only after us calling Expedia and his excuse was he wasn’t by the phone. They didn’t do anything to accommodate us for the inconvenience. Washroom had molds. Absolutely disgusting.

Little tricky finding the right door and no one was on duty so you had to have the right codes. But once in it was wonderful, just the kind of. Experience I was hoping for an a renovated classic building in Porto. Straight walk down to the river. Highly recommended if you’re starting your Camino. fruit by the coughing machine was a nice touch. Has a window into the bathroom, so get ready to put on a show. Just love the ambience the low beam, etc. Breakfast was served downstairs by a wonderful woman. Highly recommended.

Hôtel charmant, mais odeur d'humidité très présente dans la chambre. Les serviettes étaient usées, sentaient l'humidité et de qualité médiocre. Petit déjeuner: Bien et excellent service.

É um hotel de 2 estrelas, pequeno, porém funcional e limpo. Funcionários atenciosos. Café da manhã básico, servido individualmente as mesas. Quarto limpo, pequeno mas funcional. Fiquei em um quarto de fundos com janelas muito pequenas. Decoração simples, mas de bom gosto. Está anunciado como 4 estrelas, mas corresponde, no máximo a 2 estrelas. Receção feita através do telefone, pois não há um atendimento presencial após as 13 horas. Não gostei o suficiente para retornar a esse hotel.

Localização ótima, bem próximo da ribeira. Instalações bem apertadas devido a se encontrar em um imóvel histórico. Instalações reformadas, mas o ar condicionado não funcionava bem

This was a small but lovely room. Easy to get to places and very walkable.

Great place

Suihku oli todella pieni. Näköala mahtava, samoin kuin sijainti. Aamupalahuone oli ahdistavan pieni, mutta itse aamupala oli hyvä, samoin kuin henkilökunta.

Very good Location, we will come back

Charming older building in central Porto, close to the river and several attractions. Stayed here from Friday to Tuesday. The house feels a bit cramped but appears to be relatively renovated on the inside. We checked in late via phone and door code without any issues. The standard room we stayed in was small and only had a window facing a shaft at the back, so natural light was limited. The stone walls added charm. The AC and fridge worked well. Everything necessary was provided, such as towels, shower products, and a hairdryer. However, the towels had signs of long time use and should be replaced. One thing worth noting is that the room cleaning could be improved, dirt in corners and edges, and some spiderweb in some places. The bed linens need to be replaced—there were holes in them. The pillows and duvets showed clear signs of long time use, so if you’re sensitive, avoid looking too closely for stains… Breakfast consisted of bread, coffee, juice, fruit, and a sweet soft cake. It was tasty! The girls working there were friendly! A simple place if you need an overnight stay and want to be close to the city. If you have higher expectations for accommodation, comfort and around the clock service - this might not be the place for you.

Great location, called staff as requested on arrival for access instructions - very helpful and straightforward. Didn't have breakfast while there so can't comment on this. Room as expected was fairly small but comfortable and great for our stay. Would stay again. Thank you.

Very small room, and bathroom could use an overhaul, but the view was amazing, and location was perfect

The property manager did not meet us at the Hotel at a pre arranged time of 6pm. Repeated What’s App msgs and calls and no answers. We luckily were let in by another couple staying at the hotel and found our key in the front desk. Breakfast also did not start till 830am, not feasible for pilgrims on a long first day out of Porto.

Waren im zimmer 2 - sehr feucht - fenster nur im lichtschacht - schade

The self check-in was super easy. It takes a bit of time for the answer from the hostel so make sure to contact them in advance. The room was small but for the price it is perfect to visit Porto. If you want to stay in your room a lot, maybe it is not the best place. The breakfast was good and the service was amazing. I strongly recommend if you are traveling on a budget.
