The place is nice but in need of refurbishment as some of the aspects of room and the interior pool area are a little dated. The interior pool was not heated as expected and the breakfast on 1st day was not as expected as they decided to not serve the buffet and so only one member for staff to bring request to all guests ended up being a bit chaotic. Its a nice enough place but for price I think they should have done better and need a bit of upkeep.

This is not a hotel. It’s not a resort. It’s not a cottage. It’s not a bnb. It’s very weird. It will take you back to the 90’s. It’s got a unique concept that simply did not make sense to us. Our back yard opened up into a side walk that was walked passed by every person trying to access 25% of the rooms they have. It was empty when we got there so there was no proper breakfast buffet and we were offered a menu instead. There was a lot of construction going on and rooms being updated so hopefully it’ll be better soon. But the design of this place and the layout is just completely beyond my understanding considering the size of this property being as big as a small town in itself. Pictures online are very deceptive in my opinion.

for an eco-friendly hotel, it is strange that you can only arrive by car. No public transport options. Rooms are very spacious. Relatively not convenient the walk between the rooms and the main building (when we stayed it was very hot).

Amazing place, I arrived on my Harley and only booked the night before with a special price for a room. It was so good I extended my stay. I will be returning here again for sure!

The hotel is missing some very basic eco friendly initiatives… initially i booked it as had impression by the name to be an ecological hotel but totally the opposite ! changing towels every day, plastic cups everywhere etc seriously disappointing rooms are within 4walls without views ;( the pool area is ok

Property is tired. Grass and hedges were overgrown. White walls had rain stains. Apartments are noisy when people drink and laugh as they walk to their rooms.

It was a lovely weekend during the pandemic time. One can tell the hotel staff has adjusted well to new safety norms but some bits were slightly still in need of attention. Specially during meal times that had buffet option where guests depended solely on the waiters behind the food and beverage choices to serve, and lines formed with more than 5 people waiting. Considering that there is time scheduled for breakfast this was a bit of a disappointment. Nevertheless, it was also the staff that made the experience extremely nice and sweet, always trying to overcome any particular issue with kindness and politeness, some fun sharing of experiences and local knowledge of places to visit and where to buy delicacies.

The resort is located in the most beautiful area right outside Évora. A vibrant, historical city with great gastronomy and warm people. A retreat from busy days or simply a romantic getaway, this resort is perfect for both occasions.

Lovely campus, helpful staff, good food and well maintained amenities. Location is car dependent and bicycles can only be used on the campus. To be a lot greener and less carbon intensive having bicycles available for rent to go to the city and explore the countryside would be a major improvement.

Staff was very friendly and helpful. Setting was calm and peaceful. Location was 15 minutes from town center and nothing else nearby. You will definitely need a car if you plan to stay there. The rooms were spacious with a separate sitting room and patio. The breakfast was good but not great. The restaurant dinner was a big disappointment

Loved the surroundings of the hotel, the architectural spaces, decor / design, the staff was very attentive. In the restaurant you eat very well and the breakfast is very complete. And I can not fail to mention that my children loved the fact that from the balcony of the apartment has contact with the animals. To repeat the stay.

Very modern and chic resort. It is out in the country so you need transportation if you intend to visit any of the local sites or want to go into town.

The stay at Tivoli Évora Ecoresort was everything I wanted: a relaxed, romantic and comfortable stay. The pool is incredible and has really comfy mattresses, perfect for naps under the shadow. It's not in the centre of Évora, which is good because you only see typical Alentejo fields everywhere. There's a really sweet donkey there too. The rooms are really big and have everything you need, with modern decor and an amazing balcony to stargaze in the evening. Breakfast is REALLY good and has local products (amazing cheese and mini custard tarts). Staff are professional and nice too.

This was a lovely find. Great hotel for holiday. Good service. Friendly staff. Helpful staff. Nice pool for relaxing. Great breakfast. Quiet away from traffic or city noise.
